Bavarian tradition, the archetype of the Munich beer, you can taste its history – this is Hofbräu Dunkel. Ayinger Jahrhundert bier Export Lager has a golden-yellow color with a slightly flowery yeast, honey-ish aroma, tastes a little spicy and is full-bodied in initial taste, mild before swallowing and soft with a refined sparkle and fades with a well-balanced hint of bitterness. It is an especially drinkable and harmonious beer.

Ayinger Brauweisse Bavarian Wheat has a pale color, and hazy with a huge rocky head. Flavours and aromas show the characteristic Ayinger elegance and perfect balance. Finishes with a subtle spicy, fruity note from a traditional Bavarian weissbier yeast strain – known to produce notes of ripe banana, and clove spice. Along with citrus, and orange blossom notes.

Oktober Fest-Märzen

Rich, amber-golden color. Deep, inviting, malty nose and bready, wonderful flavor that’s an ode to barley. Medium to big body, with a touch of warming alcohol on the finish. Soft dryness from long maturation.

Deep and dark coloured, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier.
