These are Mikkeller beers, their recipes, brewed in New Zealand by Garage Project, with specially selected hops from Nelson Lakes, local Gladfield malts, and sprinklings of our lot-selected Yakima Chief Hops.

Lean and bright with a crisp pilsner malt and flaked rice backbone, Forest Friends is a West Coast IPA that delivers a sharp, clean bitterness. Simcoe lays down resin and pine, Taiheke brings citrus zest, and Riwaka bursts with passionfruit and tropical lift. A clear, snappy finish keeps the palate fresh, letting the hops lead the way from first sip to final drop.

Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors.

This famously smooth lager is brewed from premium ingredients, cold-filtered four times and never pasteurized. It's a pale golden colour with delicate aromas and flavours of light fruit, cereal grain, citrus, bready malt and herb. Light, crisp and creamy on the palate with a clean, refreshing finish. Great palate refresher.

4.7% ABV

Emerging from an electrifying wormhole of flavor, this Hazy IPA billows with a soft mouthfeel and sweet notes of candied peach, mango, and tangerine.

Open this Cold IPA and it’s like ringing a dinner bell for hopheads. To create something this monstrous, we needed more men. So we called our pals at Lallemand for a box of their experimental EXP-483 yeast, then paired it with Hopsteiner’s potent Alora hop (formerly HS17701). If the yuzu, sweet melon and apricot don’t unleash chaos on your tastebuds, then boys, oh boys you are braver souls than we are. Forget the boat, you’re gonna need a bigger glass

What IS she having? Well, friends, welcome to Uiltje Deli where we the only item on the menu is this orgasmic NEIPA. We’re not faking it, really. Brewed with three seductive hops and a yeast named after a fruit goddess, it’s all red berries, sweet candy and citrus. Will our NEIPA have you pounding the table, pulling your hair and screaming "Yes! Yes! Yes!"? We think so, but there’s only one way to find out.

The Legend of The Wild One is a complex and rich story, much like the beer that bears its name. Brewed with wild yeast, this sour brown ale is aged in wooden wine foeders for up to eight months, giving it distinct tart and fragrant flavors, with aromas of ripe cherry, apple and a bit of funk.

The famous Budweiser beer. Its exclusive Beechwood Ageing produces a unique taste, smoothness and drinkability. Brewed by an original all natural process using the choicest hops, rice and best barley malt.
