To make Curieux, we age our Tripel, a Belgian-style golden ale, in bourbon barrels for approximately seven weeks. After that time is up, we blend the barrel-aged beer with a portion of fresh Tripel, to layer the beer with its signature notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, and hint of bourbon. First brewed back in 2004, Curieux remains our most popular barrel-aged beer.

Pabst Blue Ribbon or PBR to those who love and live it, is a premium lager crafted with a nice whack of 6-row barley and a tailored combination of Pacific domestic hops blended with an imported Yugoslavian variety. Fermented with a pure culture of yeast and aged at high gravity, PBR is cellared and finished to the smooth, robust likeness of a fine Pilsner. Torpedo Extra IPA takes its name from the device that Sierra Nevada invented to dry hop the beer adding aromatic oils to the conditioning brew without adding undue bitterness. Torpedo IPA utilizes Magnum, Crystal and the new Citra hop varieties in the whole cone form. Torpedo pours a brilliant gold with a healthy white head. On the nose there are complex layers of tropical fruit, grapefruit, orange, black pepper, and a herbaceous green note. In the mouth the beer is a raging advertisement for American hops, layers of citrus and piney resin are built upon a solid malt backbone. Finally there is a long dry finish. This is the ultimate beer for spicy cuisine. 

Try it with a Thai curry or spicy barbequed food.

Brewed since 1992, this golden beer opens with a bold blast of spicy Noble hops, courtesy of Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh, and gives way to fruity aromas from our traditional Belgian yeast. Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts, Trippel is classically smooth and complex. It also sings with a high-note of sweet citrus before delivering a pleasantly dry finish with a warm, strong boozy bite.

A medium bodied American amber ale that balances a solid hop profile with a light caramel and toasty malt character. A prominent nose of bright citrus, pine, some caramel sweetness, biscuits, and light toasty malt. The sweet caramel and honey-like malt flavors complement the delicate fruitiness from the hops. The finish is toasty, subtly grassy, yet very balanced
