Fermented with WLP008 East Coast Ale Yeast, it pours hazy, drinks juicy, and packs saturated NZ hop flavour from first sniff to final sip.

Flavours: A powerhouse hop lineup leans US-heavy with Nectaron for NZ punch - Mosaic Cryo layers intense tropical fruit, blueberry, tangerine, peach, and subtle dank earthiness; Ekuanot adds strong citrus, papaya, mango, berry, and herbal sage notes; Krush Cryo brings ripe mango, guava, orange, peach, and light resin; Nectaron seals it with pineapple, passionfruit, peach, and citrus. When we talked as a team about bringing back Juicy Two Shoes, we decided we were keen to keep the same delicious hops, but improve a few tweaks here and there for the process as we have learned over the years. We now have better schedules of Dryhopping, getting more fruity aromas out of it, and improving the body to be more silky smooth and lighter through pilsner malt vs ale malt ratios.

Howdy partner, are you ready to buck up and double down? This hombre is taking all the flavours of the big dawgs and dropping it low. The juicy tropical fruit of mango and passion fruit combined with the kick of habanero chillis to kick it up a notch!

When it comes to Hazy IPAs, we love 'em juicy, session-worthy and full of flavour. Mellow fellow is smooth, quenching and to the point. Like a tropical getaway,  sometimes you just need to Mellow my Fellow.

Light malts make a mellow base. Sabro in the whirlpool, Idaho Seven and Citra Dry Hopped bringing massive notes of tropical fruit, citrus and hints of pine.

Merry Monk - Belgian Tripel - 9.1% This Belgian Tripel is a bold, scandalously traditional classic that refuses to play it safe, holding onto its secrets tighter than a blowing robe on a windy Wellington day. This monk isn’t going to reveal everything until you get it into your glass to breathe a bit. Dry, effervescent, and stronger than it tastes, it is a decadent, high-gravity, relaxed adventure. Flavours: A straightforward, 100% European Bestmalz Pilsner malt base is lightened with clear candi sugar to keep the body dry and dangerously drinkable at 9.1% ABV. Fermented with WLP530 Abbey Ale yeast, it delivers a deep, spicy ester profile of cherry, plum and pear, while late additions of bitter dried orange peel bring a bright citrus lift. Mild, delicate Saaz hops linger in the background, providing a soft floral touch and a clean bitterness to balance the sweetness.
