Hop Bombs Away! This year's Hop Drop is brewed for the annual Smith's NZ IPA Competition, and it’s coming in hot! Imagine a bold world where only the finest New Zealand hops unite to create a flavor explosion. With a big and bold malt bill, we’ve layered Pilsner, wheat, and toffee malt, then piled on heaps of oats and flaked wheat for a juicy, smooth, hazy experience. This brew celebrates the incredible character of NZ hops, elevating your taste buds to new heights.

Flavours: Dryhopped with Pacifica, Motueka and Riwaka, you will get an explosion of Mojito, Orange Marmalade, and Grapefruit Citrus Punch.

6.5% ABV

Coming in with an orchestra of NZ and US hops, expect exactly what the name says: huge flavours of Juicy Hazy goodness!

Flavours: Motueka, Citra and Nelson Sauvin are boldly dry-hopped to keep bitterness down but Aromas and Flavours sky high! Expect massive notes of citrus, tropical, Mojito and gooseberry. We have used Jumbo oats and wheat for body, plus American ale malt and a touch of Pilsner malt for flavour.

Reinventing the OG of DVB Hazy Brews - A lineage of constant improvement and development. Reintroducing: Juicy Two Shoes - 6.2% New England IPA

When we talked as a team about bringing back Juicy Two Shoes, we decided we were keen to keep the same delicious hops, but improve a few tweaks here and there for the process as we have learned over the years. We now have better schedules of Dryhopping, getting more fruity aromas out of it, and improving the body to be more silky smooth and lighter through pilsner malt vs ale malt ratios.

Jumbo Juice comes from a wonderful land of Jumbo Oats growing down in a mystical place called Canterbury… Chuck in a bit of wheat with some massive hops and you get a big bodied, fruity, and zesty Hazy IPA.

Low Bro -Tropical Chilli Sour 2.5%

Howdy partner, are you ready to buck up and double down? This hombre is taking all the flavours of the big dawgs and dropping it low. The juicy tropical fruit of mango and passion fruit combined with the kick of habanero chillis to kick it up a notch! 

Flavours: Pilsner malt, wheat, oats and a bit of Gladiator malts kettler soured to kick up the mouth feel and match the punch from the passion fruit, mango and habaneros!

Ma Plums - Imperial Chocolate Plum Stout 10.4% abv

Alright, folks, listen up—Ma Plums is here to blow your mind! This Chocolate Stout is a real heavyweight at 10.4%, delivering rich flavors and indulgence. You’ll want your mouth full of Ma Plums!

But let’s get to the good stuff: expect a delightful explosion of rich chocolate and luscious plum puree that’ll make you feel like you’re sinking your teeth into a decadent dessert. This ain’t just a drink; it’s an experience that shouts, “Yeah, I’ve won! I bet you wish you had Ma Plums. But ya don’t! ‘Cause I do!”

Beervana 2024 Limited Release

Does what it says on the tin, mate! Everything you like from a hazy: full flavour, juicy, and all of those delicious tropical notes from dry hopping, without too much bitter.

Flavours: Quenching tropical fruits, citrus and lime zest from the US and NZ hops with solid body to match from Oats and Wheat.

5.3% ABV.

IPA - Mango, apricot, and citrus with a body to back it up.

Naughty Hopper is packing a mouthful of resinous tropical fruit flavours, thanks to Simocoe, Amarillo and Mosaic hops.  These Rockstar hops are low in bitterness but high in juicy goodness.  Late additions and awkward positions are what Naughty Hopper is all about.

Once we made the Colar Beer Original, it was clear we needed to make a Vanilla and Cherry. By popular demand and everyone asking, 'What about the Kiwi favourite,' we now present Colar Beer Raspberry!

As with the Cherry, we knew we needed to use real fruit, so get ready to take a bath in Real Raspberry and Cola.
