Zundert Trappist is a chestnut colored & bottled fermentation. 

We opted for a beer we call 'a little stubborn'. That is to say, Zundert Trappist is a beer that you must take the time to really get through. Our Trappist beer has a promising aroma with a hint of herbs and spices. 

In the beginning, Zundert Trappist is floral and slightly sweet. Give the beer some time and the character evolves from light caramel to a beautiful and dry hop bitterness. In the long finish, the bitters flow together with a pleasant spiciness in the background.

8% ABV.

La Trappe Tripel is a classic Trappist ale with a powerful and full taste. In addition, the ale has a candy-sweet and light-malty character.

8.0% ABV.

Can we be a little less modest than usual for once? We have already won a lot of prizes with our Weizenbock, including the best bock beer in the Netherlands. We had to name it anyway.

Deep ruby red in color, heavy and with the fresh taste of a Weizen. But are you thinking, dark beer and Weizen? How is that possible? Weizen is German for wheat, not white. This means that there is at least 50% wheat in the beer. This ensures a nice foam head and a fresh taste. Fresh with banana scent, and yet the warming of the alcohol with roasted malt in it. Can you see yourself sitting by the fireplace? We do.

Blondie is a smooth beer with a subtle maltiness, light fruity flavors and a hint of hops. Soft, fresh, honest and pure. Pleasantly refreshing and wonderfully easy.

5.8% ABV

Wheat beer with the same full smoothness as its older sister IJwit, but with only 0.5% alcohol. The crisp taste and hints of coriander and lemon make Vrijwit a pleasant-drinking beer, and its low alcohol content makes it an ideal thirst-quencher at any time of day.

0.5% ABV

Taste Kees' quadrupel! This beer has a deep red-brown color and a mildly sweet taste. The alcohol in the beer provides a warm buzz. For this beer we have chosen American hop varieties that provide fruity aromas. A wonderful beer to enjoy while sitting down.

Hoppiness is what you've come to expect from us, but now we're going in a completely different direction. For this bock, the brewers had a mission: to get as close to a gingerbread as possible. Expect a very spicy dish with real gingerbread and all kinds of herbs and malts to enhance the taste of gingerbread even more.

The beauty of a grape ale is that there are niente rules to the beer style. Nada. That's music to the ears of these serenade singing cowboys from Uiltje. For this Roman Stallion, we blended red wine and oak from Gaul with aromatic Nelson Sauvin hops, coriander seed, fresh bergamot and grapefruit. It's citrusy and sour but not too, capiche? Like Roman emperors and spaghetti westerns, this beer is witty, sarcastic and inspiring (with the exception of Nero and Caligula). A grape ale that follows its own rules (even if there are no rules). Weird guys, those owls.
