Unit price perHendrick’s is something of a household name. Perhaps you've heard of it? This terrific Scottish gin is made using two different stills - the Bennett stillsteeps its botanicals overnight before distillation, while the Carter-Head has its botanicals in a basket up in the still neck, steaming them gently. It features the likes of juniper, cubeb berries, elderflower, chamomile, angelica, lemon peel, orange peel, coriander, yarrow and orris, alongside an infusion of cucumber and rose petal. If you're making a G&T with this, it just has to be garnished with a ribbon of cucumber.
Nose: Big, creamy aromas right off the bat, with a little zesty citrus, juniper, rose petal jelly and cucumber.
Palate: Astoundingly fresh notes of cucumber with juniper, oak, a touch more citrus and vanilla. Creamy and savoury.
Finish: A long, refreshing, floral finish.

Each label tells the story of the ingredients, the place or the people behind what's in the bottle. This label was inked by Juse from Taupou Tatau tattoo studio, Wellington, New Zealand.

Unit price perWarner's has forayed into the world of non-alcoholic spirits! This is its Juniper Double Dry expression, so you can probably guess which spirit this might be used in place of. As well as juniper, there's also cinnamon, cardamom, lemon verbena and lemon thyme alongside rose and lavender. It's herbaceous, spiced and zesty, and is a winner with Mediterranean tonic.
Tasting Notes: Herby juniper, with woody cinnamon and fragrant, zesty citrus, along with waves of cardamom spice.

Unit price perFresh and sprightly like the piwakawaka that adorns the label and designed to be enjoyed on any occasion.
This is a juniper forward gin based around Dr Beak's core botanicals. A savoury expression with notes of fresh rosemary and mint, finishing with a kick of horopito.
While Dr Beak's Gin is layered and complex making it ideal for cocktails, their New Zealand Garden Gin is pared back - though still bold in flavour and bottled at 45.5%. Perfect for a G'n'T at home in the garden.
