Gift vouchers are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout for online purchases only.
The email will be sent to the purchaser and so will need to be forwarded to the recipient of the gift.
The voucher does not expire and can be used partially leaving the balance on the voucher.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Additional delivery fees for Waiheke, Chatham, and Stewart Island
We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
