We have known Emma and Gordon for years and having them over at our house always makes for a joyous occasion filled with good conversation, laughter and warmth. A vibe we have jointly tried to channel into this thoughtfully crafted mild. Please turn the can over twice before opening and hard pour this beer to  release nitro. Lindemans Gueuze is a traditionally-brewed beer-style that originate from Brussels. This woody, fruity, magically musty spontaneous-fermentation beer aged in oak casks for up to two years before it is blended with young Lambic.

The blend of young and old Lambic, gives an exquisitely harmonious golden Gueuze with a distinctive fruity, oaky, woodrot and leaf-litter taste that offers mouthwatering back-of-the-tongue refreshment unlike any other.

Our refreshingly hoppy, grapefruity flagship IPA is named after a moor close to England’s highest village, and was once roamed by some pretty edgy characters including counterfeiters, prize fighters and hawkers. And maybe still is.

Trolltunga is a jutting rock in Norway, hanging 700 metres over Lake Ringedalsvatnet. This beer was brewed in collaboration with Lervig to celebrate friendship and a love of wild places.

Aged in fresh Chardonnay barrels for 24 months this unique Saison has undergone a gentle secondary fermentation from Dandelion & Nettle flora harvested from the meadow beside our brewery. Rich, oaky nuances blend with earthy, floral and herbal notes.

This complex BA Saison has rested in fresh Chenin oak for 24 months and is full of dry, woody character with layers of crisp white grape, honeyed floral notes, and a subtle vinous complexity.

Girl From Mars is a session NEIPA, dry hopped with Harlequin, an exciting new British hop from the Charles Faram Hop Development Programme. This beer was created through the love of progressive British hops & the ultra modern styles they can be applied to.

Alfajores are popular South American dessert typically made with soft cookies pressed together with a sweet gooey filling in the middle. To emulate this classic, we conditioned a big base stout on Honey, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut, and Madagascar Vanilla. Alfajores pours pitch black with a frothy tan head. Decadent notes and flavors of fudge brownie, almond shortbread cookie dough, Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut chocolates drizzled with honey, and coconut mudpie come together in a creamy and velvety finish with the perfect amount of honey to offset the chocolate malts. This beer is a fun one and is literally liquid dessert in a glass.

 La Trappe Blond is an agreeable, tingling ale with a slightly sweet, softly bitter and malty taste.

East Coasts collide and crank it up for this new New England IPA retuned in Scotland. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a hazy appearance and super smooth delivery. Dry-hopped for a full-tilt fruit hit with pineapple, mango and a hint of zesty lime. Low on bitterness, high on haze, heavy on hops
