Noche Buena Beer is a celebrated Mexican seasonal brew available in a 355ml bottle. This festive beer, traditionally released during the holiday season, features a deep amber colour and a rich, frothy head. It offers a complex flavour profile with notes of caramel, roasted malt, and a hint of dark fruit, balanced by a mild hop bitterness. With its full-bodied character and smooth finish, Noche Buena is perfect for savoring during special occasions and holiday gatherings.

Morning Light is a golden sour fermented and aged in wine barrels with Belgian Saison yeast, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. Fermenting directly in the four barrels gave the microflora living in the oak greater opportunity to develop unique characters. Morning Light was aged in barrels for 18 months and can conditioned a further 3 months before release.

Colonial Minerva is a bright golden colored beer with malty flavor low style and touches of citrus type fermentation Kolsch Ale, made with designation of origin in the German city Cologne. To achieve the great body that this beer boasts, is incorporated into the mixture of wheat malt and extends the dwell time after fermentation. It is recommended to serve this beer in glasses Strange (long thin glasses 20 cl) at temperatures around 10 C. Traditionally it is customary to accompany German dishes like Halve Hahn (rye bread with butter and Dutch cheese) or meats such as Blootwoosch (blood sausage).
