It’s time to turn on, tune in and take a sip of this sweet leaf elixir, a crushingly delicious IPA with passionfruit, strawberry, citrus and white grape notes from the Mosaic Cryo, Strata CGX and Nelson Sauvin hops we’ve added to this brew.

The aromatics reach the next dimension with the addition of ‘Maui Wowie’ Terpene Oil from our pals at Medleaf, which bring layered notes of sweet pineapple, mango and tropical fruit to the party - get loud!

Unlike the classic juicy yellow colours often displayed in Hazys, for Solar Juice we used a combination of malts that create a beautiful orange hue and hops that bring citrus overtones, both reminiscent of the glorious morning sunrise. When we talked as a team about bringing back Juicy Two Shoes, we decided we were keen to keep the same delicious hops, but improve a few tweaks here and there for the process as we have learned over the years. We now have better schedules of Dryhopping, getting more fruity aromas out of it, and improving the body to be more silky smooth and lighter through pilsner malt vs ale malt ratios.
