Red Rims is a brand spanking new topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given a full fresh-fruit fermentation treatment. We’ve started this sour’s journey with a lean foundation that really lets the fruit shine in a massive way. We’ve added Australian Strawberry, Guava, Fijian Coconut Water, Chinese Goji berries, and some Preserved Lemon. Soured with our house lacto culture and finished off with a kiss of sea salt. A super tasty number that’ll have you looking the right way.

Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
