The 2023 vintage of our Flanders Red Baby Grand is a blend of a 2 year old puncheon and a 3 year old barrique. It's bursting with barrel fruit, lean malt weight and an edge of balsamic.

You’ll recognise the same great flavours of O’Hara’s Irish Red with trademark hints of sweet caramel and mild nutty biscuit, all amplified with a smooth creamy mouth feel and a nice warming finish.
Dark ruby red in colour and pours with a dense smooth creamy head. The addition of a pinch of roast barley during the brewing process lends a distinctive bite which is balanced by a crisp medium bitterness. The caramalt flavours follow all the way to the end.

Chuck is nonplussed, unflappable against the chaos. So much has been thrown at Chuck. But Chuck can take it. Honestly, Chuck’s simplicity belies a deeper complexity borne of fermenting our house ale yeast & NZ ale malt before chucking in silly amounts of local Cascade from Freestyle Hops to mingle with CIP014 & Riwaka from Clayton Hops. Grapefruit, passionfruit, mango & pine notes are the stars here lingering atop a tidy malt pillow with plenty of scrummy bitterness. Go ahead. A balanced and refreshing Ale from Gubernija's Brew League series. With 4.9% ABV, it's a smooth, easy-drinking European craft beer.

A big background hum of roasted malt complexity and a warm lingering bitterness. Smooth and full bodied with notes of rich raisin, caramel and boozy cherries. Pine, deep and resinous resound with a lingering pop of honey. Notes of spiced toffee and a sherry kiss, all reminiscent of dense, decadent fruit cake and dark crust magic. Made for this frostbitten weather in front of the fire, toes tucked into a pair of woolly socks.
