What's up with this name? And a pink label! Man, this has to officially be the girliest looking beer ever. But don't be fooled, this baby is really a funky sour. It is brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and with fresh rosehip juice in the brew kettle. The beer matures on hibiscus flowers and French oak chips. The extra dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin hops makes it complete. The result is a very fine, refreshing beer with beautiful flavors from carefully selected ingredients. It's amazing the hard work it takes to create something so subtle!

One of our bestselling wines, Daisy Rose 2024 is made from 100% premium Merlot grapes in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. The wine is delicate in its pink colour, fun, fruity and floral. It has enticing aromas of guava, roses and grapefruit followed by a soft, luscious, and silky palate with alluring flavours of summer fruits. Our stunning Daisy Rosé is best enjoyed chilled (aren’t we all?) on a sunny day with friends and family.

The first in a new series of annual, limited-editions from the closed Rosebank distillery in the Lowlands, bottled by Ian Macleod Distillers (who bought the distillery in 2017, and are currently rebuilding it). Marked Release One, a nod to this new chapter in Rosebank’s legacy, each release will be selected from the old remaining casks, leading up to the first “new” Rosebank spirit. Distilled in 1990 (three years before the distillery closed), matured in 62% refill sherry butts and 38% refill bourbon hogsheads and bottled in 2020. A total of 4,350 bottles were produced. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 48.6%.

Nose: Wonderfully crisp and creamy with soft floral aromas.

Palate: Vanilla, mint and gentle syrup on the palate.

Finish: A spiced pear finish.

Southern French rose has a well earnt reputation for being the world's standard bearer when it comes to dry, light bodied pale coloured wines. This one ticks all the boxes of a great year round refresher. Its beautiful packaging just adds to the delicious allure. 

A delicate floral and fruity wine that is made from Castelao, Camarate and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Portugal's Lisboa region.

The vineyards selected for this wine are Huia Rapaura vineyard and Rose family Kennedy vineyard. 

The grapes were hand-harvested, whole bunch pressed. Juice was racked off to barrels for fermentation  where a warm, fast ferment was encouraged. Base wine underwent full malolactic fermentation. Aged on gross lees in neutral French oak for 14 months. Wine is put on tirage where yeast and sugar is added before bottling. Second fermentation occurred in bottle and the  wine aged on lees for a further 20 months. Hand riddled over 5 weeks and disgorged on 6th December 2021. 

Senses 

Sight: cured salmon pink. 

Smell: Strawberries, cherries and baked bread. 

Taste: Fresh, wild strawberries and strawberry shortcake with a crisp finish. 

Food Matches: Goats cheese platters. Saffron risotto. Proper Crisps with Marlborogh Seasalt

Jacobins Rose Max contains 4,5% vol. alc, is based on wheat beer, composed of 70% of malt and 30% of wheat and is enriched with natural red fruit juice and natural aromas.

Meet a special new dry Martinborough rose made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on Porters Pinots Vineyard, which is situated at the start of the Wairarapa's most famous wine village. Tasty, dry and pale in colour, following the trend for light coloured, flavoursome pink wines.

One of the great pink champagnes, combining toasted red fruit flavours and the freshness of a great, complex wine with long lees ageing. Delicious. 

Champagne Laurent-Perrier was founded in 1812 by Andre Michel Pierlot and took the name Laurent-Perrier when Mathilde Emilie Perrier, the widow of Eugene Laurent, combined the two family names after she decided to expand the business.

Eugenie Hortense Laurent, her daughter, inherited the House in 1925 and sold it to Marie-Louise Lanson de Nonancourt in 1939.

Our first sparkling pink Portuguese wine and it's dry, medium bodied and super zest with aromas of citrus fruits and biscuits. It is soft and refreshing with a delicate acidity that gives it a great balance.  Great match with salads and good company.
