Distilled on 4th October 1984, this version will blow you away with its complexity, presence and generosity. The breadth and depth of this Glenlossie's palette of aromas and flavours are quite simply extraordinary.

The concentrated initial nose is roasted (coffee), fruity (black grape) and chocolate. Initially mineral, it gradually becomes medicinal (camphor). The elegant attack pays tribute to malted barley. The mid-palate is a real sweet treat (strawberry cream cake). The silky finish wavers between aromatic plants and autumn shades (chestnut). The retronasal olfaction is mentholated .

An easy-drinking Talisker, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker.

Amrut Distilleries recently launched an umbrella brand, the Single Malts of India, to showcase the hidden gem malts of India. Neidhal is described as a single malt eponymously sourced from a Neidhal or coastal region and is said to exhibit traits that uniquely spring from the locale. 

Tasting notes make mention of tropical fruits, vanilla punctuated by soft phenols and above all sea salt on the nose. On the palate, it is fruit cocktail and mesmerising phenols with a touch of iodine. The middle ground is an essay in chewability and a finish that is phenolic with a touch of sweet vanilla.

Named after Bernard Bernheim, one of two German immigrants who founded the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, KY in the 19th century, Bernheim Wheat Whiskey is distilled and produced by the esteemed Heaven Hill Distilleries company.Bernheim is bottled at 90 proof in a sophisticated, yet unassuming bottle, similar in shape to Woodford Reserve, sealed by a wax-covered cork, and packaged in a slim and attractive reusable box that will fit easily into your cabinet. Instead of the richer, bolder blush of whiskeys distilled from well, anything else, Bernheim?s exudes a light and airy honey color that is non-threatening, even inviting. To the eye, it is more similar to many Scotch or Irish whiskeys than what you may be accustomed to seeing in its American brethren.It has a warm, yet sweet aroma that is delicate without coming off as too wispy. One almost has to wonder at first glance if it will taste syrupy, as its texture seems to threaten, but will likely be pleased to find that it has a fruity, nutty flavor that seems to miss the tongue and leave the drinker wanting another taste right away. The Tobermory 20 years old is an old Isle of Mull singel malt. This release is matured in ex bourbon casks followed by a sherry cask finish. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: rich and warm with molasses, golden syrup, mulled wine, nutmeg, walnuts, sultanas and dates

Palate: oak with caramelized oranges marmalade, vanilla, dried fruit, hazelnuts and dark chocolate

Finish: long and sweet with nuts, apricots and orange jam

The year 1998 was an exceptional harvest year in Martinique.

This Saint James single cask was bottled in 2016, after 17 years of ageing. The casks used are either small Quercus Alba (American white oak) casks or second hand casks that have previously held Saint James.

After 10 years, 5 barrels were chosen from 28 by Marc Sassier, the Saint James oenologist, and Gilbert Bolinois, the cellar master. The selected rum was thus able to continue its ageing and offer this rare bottling.

Each bottle is numbered, and the cask number is mentioned on the label.

This blend is the fruit of generations of knowledge and a selection of the best vintages in the history of Saint James. This exceptional rum covers the entire aromatic palate of our aged vintages.

APPEARANCE: Bright mahogany.

NOSE: A very special Saint James with an unusual sweet fruity dominance (fig, dried date). The classic notes of very old Saint James follow on in the background with fine smooth notes of undergrowth, roasting (mocha) and spices.

PALATE: A lively woody attack which quickly becomes warm and rich. Dominant fruit which lingers on notes of fruit brandy (cherry, prune).

The Glenlivet Single Cask is an exclusive tasting experience. A unique blend bottled at its natural cask strength and without chill filtration that allows it to retain the same purity it had while maturing in the cask. Aged in first fill American Oak Barrels for 16 years, there are only 180 bottles of this limited-edition whisky. Every cask holds a flavour which can never be replicated and every bottle is individually numbered.

A wonderful expression of Bushmills single malt. This is the second release in the Steamship Collection and it was fully matured in Ruby Port Casks.

Blended by one of Scotland's most famous Master Blender's, Billy Walker, this new lineup of Irish whiskey is part of a limited edition series of whiskies selected for the Lough Gill distillery in Sligo. Annacoona has been aged for 14 years, the first 11 were in American oak casks, prior to a final 3 years in rich pedro ximenez and oloroso sherry casks. Billy describes the whisky as elegant and aromatic, with dried fruit, oranges and rich melted chocolate, remaining fresh and lively as well. The palate is unusually rich for an Irish malt, with salted caramel, dark forest fruits and spices that linger, becoming honeyed and again a combination of chocolate & citrus.

Ardbeg Grooves was released in celebration of Ardbeg Day 2018, and as ever, the Islay-based distillers have created a most intriguing expression. Part of the whisky that makes up Grooves was matured in red wine casks that were very well-charred, resulting in heavy grooves in the surface of the wood. A mellow though flavoursome dram.

Nose: A thick, spiced aroma of iodine, seaweed and golden syrup leads among a herbal note of lavender. An earthy funk from damp bonfire wood, old oak and dried grass is complemented by lighter touches of butterscotch, stone fruits and a little marzipan icing.

Palate: Vanilla fudge, toffee popcorn and tarred orchard fruits rise through a big, salty opening. Savoury BBQ notes of cured Italian meats are percolated by paprika, green chilli and scorched herbs. Antique leather and damp oak form an interesting backdrop.

Finish: Seaside bonfire and smoked salts percolate through a mellow sweetness.
