Rittenhouse Bottled in Bond Rye Whisky is not only an excellent spirit, but also remarkable value. A sumptuous peaty number from Benromach owned by the independent bottlers Gordon & MacPhail. This is very bourbon forward with aromas of apricot custard pastries and tobacco smoke leading to billowing peat smoke and toasted coconuts on the palate that has a finish that is long, spicy and fruity.

This unpeated limited edition natural cask strength Caol Ila has been aged in ex-bourbon American Oak barrels that give it a rounded, mature character.

As clean and fresh as the pale sky that follows clearing rain, its intense flavours dance boldly across the tongue like flecks of foam over the wind-lashed waves.

This single malt whisky was aged exclusively in red wine hogsheads from Rioja. This has added dark fruit and spiced elements to the classic peat smoke that Islay whisky is known for.

The Tullamore Dew 12 years old is a triple distilled blend of three types of Irish whiskey - pot still, malt and 'golden grain', matured for 12 years in a combination of American and European oak casks. Soft and creamy with an added richness from the sherry casks, this is a deeper and more complex Tullamore than usual.

The second release of the Fettercairn distillery is aged for 16 years in first-fill Oloroso casks, refill Oloroso casks, and rare first-fill Palo Cortado sherry butts.
