Nose: Initial fruit notes of sweet pear that develop into zesty citrus peel with some dark fruits in the background. The American oak adds a rich wood spice contribution along with sweet notes of vanilla, chocolate and toasted oak. Hints of cinnamon and clove delicately work in balance with the sweet Málaga wine cask influence.

Taste: Luscious, with sweet orchard fruits and light hints of blackcurrants, plums and raisins. The spices slowly build adding depth with hints of clove and black pepper, layered over the oak tannins adding dark chocolate and liquorice. Lingering finish, with the spices slowly fading to reveal the fruits and oak.

Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey is crafted using an unconventional mash bill consisting of 95% corn and 5% malted barley that has been triple distilled and matured exclusively in French oak Ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from California, producing a truly unique Irish Whiskey

The Tullamore Dew 12 years old is a triple distilled blend of three types of Irish whiskey - pot still, malt and 'golden grain', matured for 12 years in a combination of American and European oak casks. Soft and creamy with an added richness from the sherry casks, this is a deeper and more complex Tullamore than usual.

Teeling 13 Year Old Single Grain epitomises our focus on driving the evolution of Irish Whiskey and being a pioneer in celebrating Irish Single Grain. A wholly unique style within Irish Whiskey pushing the boundaries of convention, at the intersect of where old meets new. Crafted using an unconventional mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley that has been triple distilled and matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further four years in ex-Bordeaux Red Wine Casks. Proudly bottled at 50% with no chill filtration ensures all the true character of the whiskey is retained.

This is the fourth bottling in the Brabazon Bottling Series from Teeling and was distilled in 2007 and aged for 13 years. It spent 2 years in Carcevelos (white port) barrels and was bottled non-chill filtered at 49.5%.

Nose A meeting of oloroso and crisp pot still character. Malty, too. Lovely fruitcake richness, though not as sweet as in recent years. Palate Very firm, oily, intense and mouthfilling.
