A 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Rather than being simply a finished whiskey, Yellow Spot contains whiskey matured for a full 12 year period in three oak cask types: American bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry butts, and uniquely, Spanish Malaga casks. The influence of the Malaga cask brings an exotic sweet note to the whiskey.

A smooth and balanced spirit - a fine blend of golden grain and full flavoured malted barley.  Triple-distilled and aged a minimum of three years in bourbon barrels.  Proper No. Twelve offers hints of vanilla, honey-like sweetness and toasted wood.  A proper salute to all.

Bushmills 14yo is triple-distilled and undergoes a special maturation process. The single malt whiskey is first matured in first and second fill bourbon barrels and then refined for 12 months in rare Malaga wine barrels. The finish gives the whiskey its ruby red colour and flavours of exotic summer fruits, which are combined with warm and spicy wood notes.

Jameson Irish whiskey finished in  IPA seasoned oak barrels.

Nose: Initial fruit notes of sweet pear that develop into zesty citrus peel with some dark fruits in the background. The American oak adds a rich wood spice contribution along with sweet notes of vanilla, chocolate and toasted oak. Hints of cinnamon and clove delicately work in balance with the sweet M?laga wine cask influence.

Taste: Luscious, with sweet orchard fruits and light hints of blackcurrants, plums and raisins. The spices slowly build adding depth with hints of clove and black pepper, layered over the oak tannins adding dark chocolate and liquorice. Lingering finish, with the spices slowly fading to reveal the fruits and oak.

A wonderful expression of Bushmills single malt. This is the second release in the Steamship Collection and it was fully matured in Ruby Port Casks. 

Nose: Ripe red apples, chocolate aromas, a hint of red wine booziness.

Palate: Damson and honey, followed by drying touches of cacao and cinnamon.

Finish: Juicy red berries and spiced fruit compot

One of the most well-known Irish blends, Bushmills Black Bush features a lot of sherried malt in its recipe, alongside classically caramel-y grain 

Suitable for enjoying neat, but it can also be used in whiskey cocktails that call for dark fruit sweetness

Nose: Over-ripe grape and light citrus on the nose. A touch of toffee and peanut.

Palate: Vanilla and milk bottle sweeties. Dried peels, chamomile tea and cinnamon sticks.

Finish: Digestive biscuit, cooked plum and orange oil.

Celebrating over four decades of collaboration with Spain's finest sherry cask makers, the Paez family, we created this 10 year old single malt whiskey, aged for a minimum of 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks, married and finished in aromatic oloroso sherry butts from the Paez-Morilla bodega, Jerez, Spain. The result: The honeyed maltiness of the regular Bushmills 10 year old is intensified in this darker flavoured liquid

Nose A meeting of oloroso and crisp pot still character. Malty, too. Lovely fruitcake richness, though not as sweet as in recent years. Palate Very firm, oily, intense and mouthfilling.
