Chablis is one of the great white wine regions of the world in its northernmost location in Burgundy. This wine is a beautiful balanced expression of Chardonnay with fresh aromas of white flowers, brioche and leafy notes. The palate reveals power, richness and finness with mineral, mellowness and vivacious flavours of white peach, citrus and creamy mouthfeel in a complex dry white. 

Chateau Peymouton has a deep ruby colour with  delicious aromas of blackcurrant and plum. On the palate the attack is powerful, with fine, silky tannins followed by notes of ripe red fruits and a lingering, subtle freshness on the finish of this wine.

Traditional vinification is carried out in cement vats. Vatting lasts for between 20 and 30 days, depending on the vintage and, after the malolactic fermentation, the wines go into barrel (one-third renewed every year) and remain there for 12 months. The final selection of which wines will go to make the final blend for Château Angludet is made in the following February or March. The process of selection is strict (as only the best wines can be included) and is done by a series of tastings. Once the final blend has been done, the wine is fined with egg whites and very lightly filtered before bottling. Drink 2023-2035.

Fleshy, full bodied French red that is made from a blend of 70% Syrah with 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, which include a portion of whole bunches in each variety's ferment prior to blending. The wine was fermented with natural yeasts and pumped over during fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it represents a minimal approach to winemaking and is a lithe, silky red with structure and weight, and now in it's prime drinking window. 

Drinks superbly well now with game food and savoury flavours. 

Classic smooth and fruity Cotes du Rhone from a family estate in the heart of Chateauneuf du Pape. Organic, sustainable, though not certified.

Grenache dominant blended with Syrah and a touch of Carignan. Vibrant purple - ruby coloured, perfumed baked plum pie and raspberry fruits and bouquet-garni on the nose. Medium body, good fruit dominance, more berries mixing with red currants and milk chocolate, with fine tannins and savoury spices rounded out the finish.

A young and vibrant methode traditionelle made in the famous Burgundy region of France and showing lively citrus, apple and rock melon fruit backed up by keen acidity.

After the pressing, grapes musts are cleaned out and prepared under cold conditions during 24 hours. The fermentation takes place in low-temperature conditions. For a more intense freshness, the malolactic fermentation is not realized. Wines are then taken away and raised on fine dregs, before being stuck and filtered to prepare them for the second fermentation. They stabilize wines by cold process to avoid any tartaric haste. The second fermentation is generated by the addition of yeasts and sugar inside the bottle. The Wines are then aged on their lees for 1 year in our temperature-controlled cellars.

Veuve Clicquot is one of the world's biggest selling champagnes and is produced by Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey in a range of styles and packaging. 

Veuve is named after the late, great Widow Clicquot, who was left not only a widow aged 27 but also in charge of running a champagne house. Her legacy is to have left both the brand and the region in better condition than she found them, mostly famously by inventing riddling; the turning of the bottle to remove the yeast sediment into its neck, prior to disgorgement. This resulted in higher quality, cleaner, fresher bubbles in both look and taste. Her quest was quality and she is widely credited with having raised it significantly in the Champagne region and in the bottles it produces.

This magnum of yellow label non vintage (NV) champagne is typically made up of 55% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier.

Move aside, cheeky little anything red  fora bottle of this gorgeous French rouge from the Southern Rhone Valley. Its pretty purple colour gives way to a red fruited, lightly spicy tasting wine with smooth tannins, a medium body and a fresh finish. This wine is made by the Perrin Family, owners of Château de Beaucastel, which makes some of the greatest reds in the Rhone Valley. 

* This wine is made from a blend of grapes grown in the Southern Rhone Valley and it was formerly a Cotes du Ventoux but is now a blended rouge from a wider area. 

Deliciously dry French ros? made from Grenache and Carignan, which are blended together to make this dry, super tasty ros?. It comes from the hot, dry, and extremely sunny Mediterranean wine region of the Languedoc, which winds its way around the southern French coast. This large, sun drenched and languid wine region border Provence to the east and Roussillon to the west, on the Spanish border. 

This is pale pink with fruity aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and grenadine along with citrus aromas.

It begs to be enjoyed lightly chilled with salads, cheese and antipasto platters.

Domaine Marcel Deiss is located in Bergheim, a small village nestling in the heart of the wine region of Alsace, equal distance from the northern and southern boundaries of the region. The current winemaker is Jean-Michel Deiss, who was born into a long-established family of wine growers, living at Bergheim since 1744.

Today he manages the domaine, which consists of 26 hectares (52 acres) of hillside vineyards spread over nine communes and approximately 20 kilometres.

This wine is a field blend with Riesling, Auxerrois and Pinots, and offers gorgeous fruit weight.

The Petit Chablis takes its roots in Portland soil which is essentially made up of limestone. This appellation is the fruitiest of the Chablis wines and results in a fresh and pleasurable wine.

Yellow colour with green reflection, lime notes, grapefruit, passion fruit.
A gourmet wine, energetic with good persistence to serve with oysters and seafood in general.

Very pretty pale golden yellow in colour with light greenish glints. Bright, luminous and limpid. The nose is young, fresh and vivacious in a whirlwind of floral, fruity scents. The taste is lively, pleasant and perfumed, revealing lemon and verbena on a fine mineral background. We discover the pleasure of drinking for sheer enjoyment. The finish is pleasant leaving the mouth tingling with an airy freshness.

French rose from the south of France is on a roll and this lovely dry version comes from the Perrin family, one of the most respected wine producers in the Rhone Valley. It is all about fresh summer berry flavours and a notes of dry strawberry and a touch of stone fruit. Fabulous value for money.

The House of Ruinart makes one of the most delicious champagnes we stock here in store; this sensationally full bodied, creamy blanc de blancs. This champagne is made 100% from Chardonnay and is a multi vintage blend with notes of intense white floral and peach aromas intermingled with hints of golden ripe yellow fruit and a complexity of white nutty notes on the finish. Crisp refreshing acidity adds length and tension to every great sip, which finishes with a lingering flavour.

Wild berries and ripe plums combine with complex spicy notes in this super affordable Malbec from the Pays D'Oc in the south of France. Malbec is scarce in the Languedoc region and this wine is made from 30 year old vines, which come from four different vineyards. The vineyards are on the slopes of the Orb Valley for complexity and richness, the foot of Montagne d?Alaric, northern Corbi?res, lends roundness and complexity and central Corbi?res for complexity and spice.
