Unit price per100% Arneis from the Roero Arneis DOCG
The grapes are selected from vineyards located in the middle of the Roero region, in Santo Stefano Roero. The vineyards are approximately 25 years old and are planted with 4.500-5.000 vines per hectare. Harvest starts around mid-September and the grapes are first pressed and then clarified. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel autoclave at lower temperature (14-16?C, 57-60? F) to preserve some natural CO2 from the fermentation.
The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation to preserve acidity and freshness and is held in stainless steel tanks on fine lees until bottling.
Description: Pale straw yellow color with fresh floral, citrus and melon aromas with almond hints. An unoaked, dry, medium bodied white wine with crisp acidity, the Arneis is well-balanced, elegant wine with good complexity and a lingering finish.
Food Pairings: As an aperitif with light hors d?oeuvres, crudit?s, seafood, salads, light soups, simply prepared veal, pork, chicken and creamy cheese.

Unit price per100% Negroamaro from Contrada Monte La Conca, between San Marzano and Francavilla Fontana. Unit price perFuoripista narrates an alternative route, a pathway out of the common, a
different perception and vision of nature. Fuoripista Pinot Grigio arises from

Unit price perBrunello di Montalcino DOCG is one of Italy's great reds and comes from Montalcino, a hillside town that's about 42 kilometres from the city of Siena, 150 kilometres from Florence and is 567 metres above sea level.
Brunello di Montalcino must legally be aged for five years prior to its release in bottle, so when looking at the great wines from this small township, it's important to take that into consideration.
The name Brunello comes from the Italian word Bruno, which means brown. It was given to the grape variety that Brunello di Montalcino is made from; it's a 100% varietal wine, meaning it is made entirely from only one grape variety. And until 1879, that grape was thought to be a distinctively different variety than the main grape in Tuscany, namely Sangiovese.
In 1879, it was discovered that the Brunello grape is, in fact, a clone of Sangiovese which happens to produce particularly powerful, velvety smooth reds in this little highly prized hillside appellation. So, Brunello is one of Tuscany's few red wines that is made 100% from the Sangiovese grape and it is one of Italy's great red wines.

Unit price perDolcetto is a one of the hidden treasures of Piemonte with its smooth rounded mouthfeel and impressive body and drinkability. This is a deliciously complex example from Dogliani in the region.
Plantings of this grape declined in the 1990?s in favour of the more expensive, easier to market Barolo and Barberescos. It came down to money, not quality and quietly the wine world mourned. Luckily a few faithful enclaves remained faithful to the grape like in Dogliani just south of Alba.
The wine is jet black in colour with a sumptuous nose of blackberries dusted with exotic spices - fruity with great length and structure.
"Amazing wine of power," we wrote in our notes after tasting this maverick blend of Nebbiolo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the great Gaja family in Barbaresco, in Piemonte, north west Italy. This wine is produced along biodynamic guidelines and is named after the site of Moresco, hence Sito Moresco; a reference to the previous owner of the vineyard, to whom Angelo Gaja and his daughter, Gaia Gaja both want to pay tribute.
On the face of things, it can sometimes seem at odds with the strong personalities of both Cabernet Sauvignon and Nebbiolo to blend them both together, but it works in this wine because both get to express themselves, with Merlot adding juicy ripe flavours.

Unit price perBrilla Prosecco is new in store at Regional and is a light bodied, lightly sparkling prosecco, available in mini textural bottles with a screwcap. It's dry and has flavours of lemons, green apples and a hint of lime. This is a good quality prosecco with fresh clean flavours and a medium finish. The mini bottle makes it convenient to take to events and it serves two glasses of bubbles.
What is Prosecco?
Grapes are grown in the Veneto region in north east Italy and the wine is made by the Charmat method, which means secondary fermentation takes place in pressurised stainless steel tanks. Once the secondary fermentation is complete, the wine is filtered and bottled under pressure. The charmat method is also known as tank method, methode cuve close and methode charmat-Martinotti.
