Volume four takes us back to the USA in Columbia, Maryland. Sapwood Cellars is the entity behind two of the most recognisable names in our industry in Scott Janish and Mike Tonsmeire. Brewing with these guys is an absolute honour, and so is sharing the results. A vibrant NZ Pilsner with a twist - shaking in just a touch of rye malt for a clean and complex dryness with a little extra mouthfeel. Lots of bright, fresh NZ hop aromas dance out of the glass and feed the senses. The flavour is bright and crisp with a lingering dry finish. Named after Craft beer and brewing magazine editor Joe Stange's desired beer baby after he connected us.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.  

Exceptions during December:

In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Sunday 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Tuesday 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.

Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
