Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are fermented and aged in a mixture of stainless steel tanks, large oak vats and small French oak barrels, undergoing spontaneous malolactic fermentation which adds the tasty creamy notes and smoothness to this iconic sparkling wine from Cloudy Bay. The wine is typically aged on lees for two years before the bubbly is disgorged, corked and labelled. It contains 8 grams of dosage per litre, making it a dry tasting, crisp and creamy sparkling wine. It has great balance and a long finish. Delicious.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses. Please see below for exceptions during December:

In December please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 16th December at midday for non-rural deliveries, Friday 13th December at midday for rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December
