Slow Lane Brewing Botany Weisse Pineapple Sour 375ml

This beer started out as our traditional mixed fermentation Berliner Weisse style beer which undergoes a long secondary fermentation with Brett ?wild? yeast. We then added a whole lot of pineapple to the beer which builds upon the pineapple esters that the Brett already produces. The fruit sugars were fully fermented out to maintain the dryness of the base beer. Combined with a high carbonation level, this is a very spritzy and refreshing beer.
