This Central Otago Pinot Gris spent 20 days on skins and was bottled with no fining or filtration. This, and 14 months in oak combine to lend the wine a rich body and phenolic character. Complex tropical fruit and anise on the nose. These aromas continue through to the palate. Fresh acidity and fine tannins add balance and texture.
