Kabosu is a Japanese citrus fruit, which looks like a lime, with which yuzu is related and which is between lemon and blood orange in taste. Yatsushika?s Kabosu liqueur tastes very natural with only a little sweetness, and authentically captures the taste of this special citrus fruit. Also great as an ingredient for cocktails.
Fresh and yet mild with a fine acidity, this liqueur is great for cocktails and for drinking pure. In Japan it is enjoyed in a ratio of 1:3 mixed with soda or water (hot or cold).

Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Sunday 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Tuesday 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
