Chenin Blanc is the most popular grape in South Africa and it classically over delivers with great freshness and depth of flavour. Its naturally high acidity is softened in this wine with a rounded textural mouthfeel, citrus characters marrying harmoniously with ripe pears and stony, complex aromas that add interest.

Mullineux was established in 2007, when Chris and Andrea Mullineux settled in the Swartland wine region, 60 kilometers north of Cape Town. Within a very short time the winery established itself as one of South Africa’s most celebrated wine brands, both locally and on the international front. 

By 2020 the winery had received 30 five star ratings from Platter’s South African Wine Guide.

Kaapzicht is a fourth generation winery in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The winery was founded in 1946.

Nigori-Sake is only lightly filtered and has a milky colour and texture. It's generally the sweetest of all kinds of Sake, with a fruity nose and a mild flavour. 

This japanese unfilted (Cloudy) sake. made purely with rice and koji, this subtly sweet and smooth junmai nigori sake is a velvety delight.

Before serving, the bottle should be shaken to obtain the full range of flavour and it is advised to be served well-chilled.

Bodega Muga was founded in 1932 and remains in family hands today with 250 hectares in La Rioja Alta and long standing contracts with owners of another 150 hectares of vineyards spread among five main vineyards on clay and limestone soils with a wide variety of microclimates.

Graciano is one of Spain’s best kept wine secrets - a red grape with thick skins that is a tricky customer to grow, which means there’s precious little of it about, even in the vineyards of the Rioja, where it is one of the traditional ingredients in the wine of the same name.

This is a dark Spanish beauty with soft fruit flavours, medium body and fresh, long finish.

Bodega Terras Gauda overlooks the gentle green countryside of Galicia in north west Spain where its vineyards are planted. Terras Gauda uses its own yeasts, selected from its vineyards. Albarino is on trend globally right now and originally comes from north west Spain and the north of Portugal, where makes its fresh, zesty, dry as a bone and super flavoursome taste go particularly well with seafood. Al Muvedre is a varietal Monastrell from Alicante created by Telmo Rodríguez.

The grapes come from old vines in vineyards located in the town of Monóvar in the province of Alicante. The harvest, done by hand, is performed in late October, and goes through a process of fermentation in stainless steel and concrete. The wine is full of purple fruit, black olive tapenade and spice, a rustic, exciting expression of Monastrell.

The mysterious origins of the Zinfandel grape were uncovered in 2002 when DNA fingerprinting confirmed that Italy’s Primitivo and the slightly trickier to pronounce, Crljenak Kastelanski, an ancient Croatian variety, are genetically identical to Zinfandel. One grape, three different names and countries. And innumerable styles of different wines made from it - variety is the spice of life and of the wine lover's choice.

Located in the Sonoma wine region of California, the name Chalk Hill comes from the unique volcanic soil of chalky white ash, which is a near perfect match for the planting of white wine varieties, like Chardonnay. The vineyards quest for quality has always been the basis for all their winemaking decisions.

This wine is balanced and bright with concentrated flavours of creamy lemon custard, poached pear, almond, and spice. Pair this Chardonnay with grilled salmon in a garlic butter sauce.
