Wakame arrived in New Zealand coastal waters on the hills of ships and thrived on our pristine rocky coastline. We of course now know it as a delicious culinary ingredient with many positive health benefits. Imagination is stoked to be able to gather wild wakame for this gin from the coast of Wellington and Wairarapa.

The initial aroma is juniper forward, fresh and sweet. When tasted you get the refreshingness of the citrus before fading to reveal the juniper in the background. A noticeable sweetness appears giving way to a sweet salt finish. A classic dry gin with a contemporary twist, transporting you to New Zealand's fresh and invigorating coastal waters.

What’s better than a mouthful of frozen silky Mango Sorbet on a hot sunny day? In this hazy IPA we are letting the hops and fruit dance to bring you a bright and juicy thirst quencher.

A generous addition of Australian and Colombian Mango in harmony with a hop profile boosting citrus and tropical fruits. We chose Citra Cryo, Elani (former YQH 1320) and Sabro to provide you with lifted notes of pineapple, tangerine and coconut. A small dose of Simcoe as our bittering hops. Embedded in a pillowy and soft mouthfeel from selected Malts and Oats.

Brewed with U.S. Cascade and Amarillo, paired alongside a clean malt base, resulting in a delicious and crushable pale ale that is perfect for those long summer days.
