The Milltons were the first in the country to produce organically certified wine and James Millton continues to pioneer environmentally sustainable wine production.

This organic Muscat is made from hand picked grapes, which were fermented and aged on their skins then bottled onsite at the Millton Vineyard's Winery where biodynamic production methods are used. It's rich in aroma with ripe mandarin and spice notes. It is made from dry farmed grapes and was bottled unfined and unfiltered, so it also ticks the vegan friendly box.

Classical Hawke's Bay take on Bordeaux using 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Cabernet Franc, 21% Merlot, 7% Melbec

A complex aroma of berry fruits, spice, cassis, cedar and cigarbox notes, complemented by fine oak.

Sweet rounded berry-fruit flavours of blackberry and wild brambles, mocha, spice, savoury olive notes and fine oak tannin. This wine shows a complex bouquet, silken texture and firm structure. 

Dark and delicious Tempranillo comes from Toro DO, a wine region where this great red grape is known as Tinto de Toro and is typically a more deeply coloured, tannic variation on the Tempranillo theme. 

This wine is made with grapes grown on several different vineyards in Toro and was fermented with native yeasts then aged for six months in stainless steel tanks.

The result is a smooth, full bodied, unmistakably dry and savoury red wine with earthy notes and firm big tannins, which are suggestive of a region with hot days and cool nights, which lengthen the ripening season and enhance the balance in this wine by providing refreshing acidity to its smooth, rich, full bodied style. 

Telmo Rodríguez is one of Spain’s most dynamic wine pioneers, using native grapes, biodynamic growing methods and old bush vines to express a wide range of flavours from this vast and diverse wine country.

Grüner Veltliner is Austria's indigenous claim to white wine fame and is a grape not only best known from that country but also rarely grown elsewhere. This dry full bodied white is made 100% from Gruner grapes grown in Kamptal, Austria.

It has flavours of citrus and green apples and stonefruit and high acidity provides freshness and a lingering finish. A deliciously different dry white. 

Pusser’s Overproof is a high-strength dark rum. While the rum is produced with the same blend of rums as the Original Admiralty strength, the final product is a potent blend best used as a ‘floater’ on top of cocktails including tropical and classic tiki drinks.

Taste the tradition of Kriek beer in its purest form. This deep red classic with a rich flavour is the result of real Kriek Lambic based on 400 grams of fresh cherries per litre bottle conditioned together with young Lambic. Fruity, full of character and purely natural.

Oude Kriek Boon is a truly traditional, spontaneously fermented Lambic beer. We make it by letting 400 grams of fresh cherries ferment with each litre of Lambic beer. We then bottle condition a blend of this Kriek Lambic and young Lambic to create an Oude Kriek. The high amount of cherries creates a very intense, yet mild cherry flavour.

With a mellow, elegant flavor and inviting aroma, Don Julio® Reposado Tequila is best savored as part of a refreshing tasting cocktail or chilled on the rocks.

Founded in 2006, Aviation gin takes its name from the Aviation cocktail, which was created in the 1900s. The gin takes a Dutch style rye spirit base combined with with juniper, lavender, anise, sarsaparilla, orange peel and cardamom, and the botanicals are steeped in grain spirit for 48 hours before they are redistilled. A pretty intriguing tipple, with a very handsome Gatsby-esque bottle. A fabulous gin to go its eponymous cocktail, though we wouldn't suggest you wing it. (Geddit?) Crisp notes of juniper on the nose alongside delicate floral sweetness, parma violets, a touch of citrus peel and some green vegetal notes in there too, with a pinch of spice. Wonderfully spicy notes on the palate, more prominent than on the nose, cardamom shining through and a scattering of cinnamon, with floral notes continuing. Spices linger though the finish, along with the return of citrus peel. 700mL 47%ABV

A single malt whisky distilled in the rich, natural environment of Tottori and rested in Mizunara casks.  Combined with the malt aroma and rich flavour of unblended whisky, a faintly sweet, aged aroma tickles the nose with a smooth yet rich, lingering aftertaste.  This masterpiece, carefully crafted with heart and passion, is brought to proof with high-quality natural spring water from Mt. Daisen.  In order to maintain the integrity of the whisky, no artificial coloring is added.

It has a strong smoked single malt Whisky front followed by a smooth finish. Something quite special and tricky to make.

This Damson Plum & Blackberry Gin Liqueur is inspired by an old English sloe gin recipe using New Zealand grown autumn fruits.  The plums have been macerated for 4 months in a dry gin styled specifically for this liqueur developing sour cherry line tones which are prominent on the front palate.  The sweetness of the blackberry and the delicate spices and citrus of the gin fill the background creating a truly characterful gin liqueur.  Drink chilled, straight as a dessert liqueur or with ice and mixers as a delicious gin cocktail.

The Boys from Blush have done it again, beautiful fresh Boysenberries from Nelson infused with hand crafted New Zealand Gin. Soft and smooth our second Blush Gin is a little different, this is the first boysenberry Gin the world has ever seen.

Bright red berry fruit bursts allowing the Juniper and citrus to work away in the background providing a beautiful finish. We aim to tickle the pallet, try over ice and top up with your favourite mixer. Someone said it would be dangerously good over ice cream too? We don’t disagree. 

Scapegrace Black Gin is only possible because nature itself led the way through an infinite maze of botanicals and technique. A maze with only one exit. Aronia Berry, Saffron, Pineapple, Butterfly Pea and Sweet Potato. Blended in set amounts at precise temperatures in a defined sequence, to create something made of nothing, and nothing made of something. This is that flavor. This is the taste of Black.

The colour is naturally black thanks to a unique collection of natural extracts including aronia berry, saffron, pineapple, butterfly pea, sweet potato and a collection of natural botanicals sourced from local plants, flowers and berries.

From the cherry tree’s transient flowers, its fruits ripen – round, red and packed with sunshine. Timmermans Kriek blends its famed lambic with this sweetness for a beer that can quench any thirst. Its natural freshness will make you blush for joy.

Its flavour is all cherry, as is already apparent from its very powerful nose. Its acidity is neutralised by its agreeably sweet and fruity bouquet. Its taste pervades the mouth and lingers gently, elegantly tinted with summer cherries.
