With an ultra-clean water profile and a faithful plain-as-peach yeast strain, nothing stands in the way of the big, bold, bright hop character that hand-selected Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka bring.

St-Louis Premium Framboise is based on a lambic and contains juice from Willamette raspberries. The result is thirst-quencher with a low alcohol content. This sweet raspberry beer tastes delicious on a sunny day and is a perfect beer for anyone who doesn’t like strong beers

A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes our yellow bright lager, “Original”, a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine pored, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack.

Straffe Hendrik Quadruple is a rich and intense dark Belgian ale. It is brewed with a subtle blend of specialty malts, which give the ale an extremely dark color and a chewy, malty complex character. The quadruple combines a clean dryness with a warm full bodied mouth feel and essences of fruit. Secondary fermentation in the bottle creates a living ale that can be aged and will have an evolution of taste profiles over time.

It is brewed by the last active brewery in the historical city of Bruges. The town archives first mention the brewery in 1546. Since 1856, the famous brewing family Maes-Vanneste has owned the brewery.

A full-bodied, full on Double I.P.A. combining caramel and malt flavours with a well-balanced and substantial bitterness.  Light carbonation allows the full flavour of this Double IPA to shine through. At 7.5% abv, the high alcohol content is balanced with a caramel sweetness and a full bodied malt character.

Generously hopped and dry hopped, it is a true treat for fans of the style.

The original "budweiser", this is a Czech Lager with historical pedigree. Golden colour, thick white head, a distinct pure malt aroma with a rich hop accent, unique and very mild bitterness of medium intensity to create a medium to full flavour.

O’Hara’s Hazy IPA is a juicy, sweet IPA with a vibrant tropical fruit aroma and peachy stone fruit flavour. Brewed using some our favourite hops including Azaca and Strata, making this a refreshing fruit forward IPA perfect for lazy days, BBQs and great company.
