This expression from the famously unpeated Islay distillery is a sequel to the original Toiteach, crafted using Bunnahabhain Mòine, the distillery's peated spirit. It's name, Toiteach A Dha (pronounced 'Toch-ach ah-gha'), translates to 'Smoky Two' in Scots Gaelic and combines a higher proportion of sherry casks than the original. This Speyside single malt has been matured in a combination of American oak casks and a variety of sherry casks. This is a fruity, rich whisky with aromas of raisins, orange and vanilla. The palate offers notes of dried fruits, warm spices and rich caramel.

Released in 2013, Thorfinn is part of The Warrior Series, a collection of single malts created for Duty-Free to both introduce a key figure from Orkney’s Viking history and to demonstrate the impact of cask type on our whisky’s flavour, which is immense.

Created using a high proportion of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, Thorfinn delivers a deep and complex array of flavours. Think fiery ginger fusing with sun-dried fruits and fistfuls of spice, all emboldened by our signature smokiness.

An 18-year-old single malt from Aultmore that offers aromas of cereal, fruit salad, vanilla, peach and grapefruit on the nose, complemented by notes of biscuits, orange blossom, white grapes and garden herbs throughout the palate.

This whisky tells a different story of The Macallan spirit and casks, but more than that it tells a story of rarity. Less than 100 casks maturing at The Macallan distillery have contributed to the creation of this out of character whisky. These mysterious casks remained untouched in the dark warehouses of The Macallan under the watchful eye of our Master Whisky Maker, until he felt they were ready to be released.

Smoky Macallan is rare - there is very little in existence - and once used these casks will be no more. Unexpected and distinctive in flavour with full bodied richness from the Macallan spirit, Rare Cask Black is an unusual smoky spirit that tells a story of creativity and innovation.

Yum yum is a Japanese style lager brewed with Yuzu to give a big refreshing citrus hit.  yuzu is a type of Japanese citrus that has similar flavours to lemon, grapefruit and lime.

Eirigh Na Greine (pronounced "ae-ree ne gray-nyuh" and meaning "Morning Sky" in Gaelic) is an intriguingly complex marriage of vibrant Bunnahabhain single malts, including some of the finest ex-red wine cask-matured Bunnahabhain whiskies.

The Master Distiller has perfected the recipe to showcase Bunnahabhain's signature taste, which consists of roasted nuts, dried fruits and hints of sea salt and smoke. This complex bouquet has been further enhanced by the sweet, rich and spicy aromas imparted by the Italian and French red wine influence.

Only a small batch of Bunnahabhain Eirigh Na Greine is bottled every year.

Two Liberty fan faves in one; easy-drinking Oh Bro, and Jungle Juice – the untamed, palate-pounding Hazy. With the best bits of each brew carefully blended and balanced by our hop savant, Juice Bro’s soft mats highlight the citrusy pomelo and orange stylings of Mosaic and Amarillo cones.

Created in Torino, Cinzano Rosso is the original of Cinzano’s vermouth portfolio. Its amber colour reflects the product’s rich infusion of herbs and spices, while representing its prestige and quality. It is the perfect ingredient for cocktails thanks to its delicate, yet persistent aftertaste and can be served neat or with a splash of soda.

In a world where we are typically spoilt for choice, we couldn't find a drink that tasted great and was also free from sugar and artificial additives.  We wanted something gorgeous, equally delicious and a "cleaner" option... so we created just that!

Hand-picked and fermented with natural vineyard yeasts and aged in 20% new French oak barrels and 38% in a concrete Tulipe for 12 months before settling in a concrete Tulipe on light lees for a further 5 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Slightly hazy, lemon golden hue. Complex aromas of grilled nuts, citrus fruits, florals and a hint of lemon rind. Mouth-watering acidity drives the wine with laser focus, flavours of citrus fruits, toasted nuts and a creamy texture gives the wine body and weight. A classic North Canterbury Chardonnay that is fully ripe and saline.

The Mûre Tilquin à l’ancienne is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the fermentation of fresh or frozen blackberries in young lambics, blended with 1, 2 and 3 years lambic to reach a final concentration of fruits of 260-300 gr fruit per liter

This whisky boasts a profile that seems older than its 15 years of maturation. Big sherry in style it offers oodles of sandalwood, Xmas cake and rancio notes. There's bags of complexity in this malt meaning you can really get stuck into it in an intellectual way too.
