Thanks to its in-bottle re-fermentation, the Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvée René gives you a completely natural sparkle and froth.

The Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvee Rene  contains one-third old lambic, aged for at least two years, and two-thirds young lambic, which is at least one year old and has been matured in large oak foeders.

The yeasts and sugars in the Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvee Rene  prompt the in-bottle re-fermentation. Slowly but surely the wild yeasts will convert all of the residual sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide. Six months on, the result is a golden-coloured, sparkling, mildly sour gueuze.

North End Brewing - Farmhouse brewers in Wallonia on the Belgian - French border produce incredibly complex and yet refreshing beers that combine spicy yeast cultures and light acidity.  We took these elements of Farmhouse brewing and combined them with locally grown Te Horo Blackberries to create an incredible fruity, tart and refreshing beer.  We think it's the perfect match to ripe Camembert and cured meats.

 Weingut von Winning was founded in 1849 and revived as a family enterprise in 2007 by the late Achim Niederberger, who brought winemaker Stephan Attman on board to make high quality Rieslings, practicing organic viticulture in its Grosses Gewächs vineyards around the villages of Ruppertsberg, Deidesheim and Forst. 

Chene Bleu is a relatively new wine brand at Regional. All of the wines are certified organic with the EU and made to exactly quality standards. Hand picked grapes, double sorted in the vineyard, tiny yields and obvious high quality flavours are just some of the reasons to drink these wines.

This blend of Grenache and Syrah comes from Ventoux in the southern Rhône Valley, France; a Mediterranean wine region where dark, dense fruit flavours combine with the earthy appeal of aromas like leather, spice, anise and dried herbs.

Made to the same base of recipes since 1821, Dolin Vermouth de Chamb?ry has long been the benchmark for fine Vermouth. Inventors of the Blanc, Dolin is equally famous for it's very light, pale Dry. In the late 19th century, Dolin won medals in Paris, London, St. Louis and Philadelphia and in 1932 earned Chamb?ry France's only Appellation d' Origine for Vermouth. Dolin Vermouth de Chamb?ry is made of fine wines and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chamb?ry. Together they impart a fresh and elegant nose, with a subtle and complex palate. Ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails. Tasting notes: Dolin Vermouths are notably lighter, drier and less pungent than their larger commercial counterparts. The particular mixture of plants found near Chamb?ry give a fresh, restrained and elegant nose, with a subtle, complex bittersweet palate. Even the Blanc and Rouge retain great balance, with the sugar never cloying, and just enough bitterness to whet the appetite. Kriek Boon is a 100% spontaeous fermented beer made from a mix of young and old lambic aged in oak barrels. Real cherries are added, at least 250 gram per liter beer. Whole cherries are mixed with the beer during fermentation for optimal taste. Kriek Boon is a fresh, sweet and sour foaming redish beer with an authentic taste of cherries. Boon uses champagne cork on the bottles.

After secondary fermentation in the bottle in the purest tradition of Floreffe’s abbey beers, it has a very deep, almost black colour with a brown head. The nose, combining aniseed, liquorice, roast aromas and white fruits, is exceptionally rich and refined. The power of the ingredients is obvious from the first sip, expressed in coffee and grilled cocoa bean flavours. 

The beer is robust, warm but not liquor-like, against the slightly acrid background of roasted malts. With its moderate alcohol level and its long, noticeably acidic finish, Floreffe Prima Melior is a connoisseur’s beer, complex but accessible. Stored under good conditions, the aniseed notes give way to woody, almost maderised notes, a must for lovers of matured beers.
