The result is a proper lager, fermented cold & conditioned for several weeks. A hint of biscuit-like malts & a dash of herbal evergreen hop aroma leads to assertive bitterness for one hell of a crisp, refreshing beer.

Sir George Fistonich's new family wine project is Cuvar; Croatian for 'the guardian', which is a good description of his role in the New Zealand wine industry. This wine is a beautiful rich and creamy Chardonnay with balance from fresh acidity that adds length and depth of flavour. 

Organic Cider and Fruit Pét Nat made in Aotearoa. We take natural wine making methods and apply them to locally grown, organic certified fruit. Wild ferments using indigenous yeast and no added sulphur. A hands off approach to cider making and a unique expression of the place we call home.

Fruit Cru is a project brought to you by former Everyday Wine co-owner, Cosmo Hawke, and Chef at Havana Bar, Jesse Jehmal. Together they are sourcing fruit from around New Zealand and producing ciders and pet nats (bottle fermented sparkling wines) in a warehouse in Newtown, Wellington. Seasonal releases. When it comes to Hazy IPAs, we love 'em juicy, session-worthy and full of flavour. Mellow fellow is smooth, quenching and to the point. Like a tropical getaway,  sometimes you just need to Mellow my Fellow.

Light malts make a mellow base. Sabro in the whirlpool, Idaho Seven and Citra Dry Hopped bringing massive notes of tropical fruit, citrus and hints of pine.

Beautifully expressive Marlborough Pinot Noir driven by red berry fruit aromas that intermingle seamlessly with earthy, savoury flavours in a medium bodied, firmly structured wine.

Contreras Ruiz is located in Condado de Huelva which borders the National Park of Doñana to the south and east. The stunning winery was constructed in 1868 and sports five naves separated by arches 30m high, made from forged iron, typical of the south of Spain and boasts state of the art wine tech within.

Vallehondo is a 100% Syrah that expresses the extremes of the D.O. Condado de Huelva terroir, famous for its warmth, saline notes from the Atlantic and soils predominated by sand and limestone.

The wine is Intense and elegant on the nose which is dominated by ripe red fruits, and nuanced by black pepper and vanilla notes. The palate is silky and unctuous reflecting the warmth of Southern Spain, but is kept fresh by decent acidity, round elegant tannins and well integrated oak.

Back for Seconds... Introducing our next-in-line for our Juicy Hazy IPA Series, Naughty Juice. Yep, that's right, all the deliciousness of Naughty Hopper's American Hop Trio, combined with a silky smooth hazy grist heavy in Oats for body and Wheat.

Flavours: Simcoe, Amarillo and Mosaic are the three heavy hitters that give the Naughty so much resinous tropical fruit flavours. Expect Mango, Apricot, and Citrus; with a body to back it up.

Smooth, fruity Italian red blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes. This Tuscan wine is a lovely introduction to the great world of Italian reds in the Antinori stable; a family company that has been continuously producing wine back to the 1300s.

With a solid Silver at the Bragato Wine Awards this cheeky little Albarino offers distinctive fruit coupled with a hint of sweetness balanced by crisp acidity. A perfect match for paella.

The wine is a small batch from the McKenzie vineyard. The grapes are harvested during late April and early May in excellent condition, pressed and cold settled to retain fruit flavour.
