In its primary aromas, herbs and citric notes are present such as lemon tree leaves and peel there is a minerality and smokiness with slight spice. Cooked agave comes through with caramel and ground ginger notes. And finishes with subtle sweetness and spice.

Created on the banks of Demerara, our smooth and uniquely complex El Dorado aged rums represent over 300 years of Caribbean rum crafting.

Created by our Master Blender, this rum was laid down in oak barrels for at least eight years producing a smooth and characterful blend that is perfect for sipping or for use in craft cocktails.

Light to medium-bodied nose with hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee. Faint aroma of dried stone fruits and flambée banana. Soft and faintly sweet mouthfeel with traces of oak and butterscotch. Distinctly smooth.

The Arran Single Malt selected for this cask strength expression was initially matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels for 7 years before being transferred for secondary maturation into smaller Quarter casks also made of the finest American oak for a further 2 years. The process of transferring our whisky into the smaller 125 litre sized casks for their final 2 years of maturation produces far greater contact between the whisky & oak and a faster, more intense maturation.

The end result is a full-bodied expression of Arran Single Malt combining power and finesse full of rich vanilla sweetness and bold peppery spice. Bottling at natural Cask Strength without chill-filtration or artificial colouring of any sort presents this whisky in its purest form. Small casks would have been a common feature of the Arran whisky trade in the eighteenth & nineteenth centuries as they were easier to handle and transport around the island. With our much-loved Quarter Cask expression we proudly bring this tradition back to life.

Nose - Apple tart, pineapple brioche

Palate - The citrus hallmarks of Arran welcome you, and the sweet spice of cinnamon and vanilla promises a memorable dram.

Finish - Sweetness, Honey, Pineapple, Vanilla, Coconut.

Behold, the wonderful Arran 18 Year Old single malt! This expression has has been aged just shy of two decades in sherry casks, so among those delicious fresh fruity notes, there's some richer, spicy, almost Christmassy notes in there too.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Syrupy peaches, green apple and toasty oak.

Palate: Vanilla rice pudding and brown sugar, with orange blossom, allspice and candied ginger.

Finish: Lots of melted chocolate appears, with citrus peel and bread and butter pudding.

Officially launched in 2006, this 10 year old lies at the heart of the Isle of Arran range and exudes all the honeyed richness we have come to associate with the island distillery.

Nose: Herbal, biscuity, hedgerow greenness and dried grass, like a long English summer's afternoon.

Palate: Sweet. Quite malty, digestive biscuits, followed by green fruits and Cox's apple peel.

Finish: Slightly bitter, maltiness.

An entirely bourbon-matured bottle of Arran single malt! After its distillation on the eponymous island, Barrel Reserve is matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, bottled at 43% ABV and presented in this rather handsome glass vessel (otherwise known as a bottle).

Nose: Fresh grass sweetness, lemon tart, biscuity malt and tart apple skin.

Palate: Malty, with Curiously Cinnamon cereal, vanilla fudge and green apple alongside a faint sea breeze.

Finish: Vanilla oak and lots of aromatic spice, with salted caramel and a handful of orchard fruit.

Created by master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia Páez using blue agave which has matured for at least 6 years. Golden straw in colour with a balance of vanilla and wood on the nose. Cenote reposado is aged fro 3 months in American oak barrels, delivering a round, harmonious palate of vanilla, wood and spice.

Black Tears is a blend of Cuban rum and seductive Cuban spices. With a base of silver dry rum from one of the island's leading distilleries, Black Tears is then flavoured with coffee, cacao and aji dulce (sweet pepper) which is one of the most distinctive flavours in Cuban cuisine.

The bittersweet taste is what sets apart Black Tears from all other spiced rums, as well as its low sugar content, which is typical for Cuban rum.

Reminiscent of slow and salty days, this is an easy drinking Gin made for sharing. Native Australian Wattleseed& Pink Peppercorn are brightened with zesty Wax flower, Hibiscus, Citrus peel & a hint of Oyster shell.

Best enjoyed in the Sun with soda water and a fresh wedge of Orange.

Stoli^® Vodka is a classically styled, exceptionally smooth vodka. Crystal clear in color with marshmallow, mineral and mild fruit peel aromas, a soft, supple entry leads to a smooth, medium bodied palate with pastry frosting, talc and citrus rind flavors.

It finishes with a clean, lightly sweet, sugar dust, wet straw and balanced pepper fade.

A 100% agave reposado tequila aged for 4-6 months in 190 litre casks previously used to age whiskey at the Early Times Distillery in Kentucky and the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Tennessee.

Nose: Sea salty, herbal floral nose with hints of vanilla.

Palate: Salty, spicy.

Finish: Vanilla emerges alongside pleasant vegetable notes and gives way to a finish dominated by cracked black pepper.

Suntory Chita 700ml

The Chita is the only grain whisky produced and bottled as such by Suntory. It is a blend of single grains (mainly corn), relatively young, but with strong tasting characteristics that have been aged in different types of casks, and distilled at the Chita distillery located a few kilometers from Nagoya city.

Its rich and complex aromatic profile strongly marked by fruity, woody and spicy notes, is close to that of the American whiskies, known as the famous Bourbons whiskies. 

Bottled at 43% of the volume in a bottle with the typical Suntory shape, The Chita is a tribute to the know-how of the grain distillery whose name in traditional Japanese calligraphy is now, like the other distilleries of the group, proudly displayed on the label.

Nose - A thick coating of peat isn't enough to cover a soft, oaky background. Iodine appears alongside a pear-fruity sweetness. Delicate for a whisky so big.

Palate - Continuous gentle waves of dry peat lap upon the taste buds but are balanced by a sweet malt middle and the most hesitant of vanillas. 

Finish - Long and peaty, the shy vanilla now begins to show as the oak adds a certain dryness. Comment A gentle giant.
