La Trappe Isidor is an amber-coloured Trappist ale with a broken white head. A lovely combination of herbal, floral and fruity aromas. La Trappe Isid’or was first brewed in 2009 on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of The Koningshoeven Brewery. The harmonious taste starts off fruity and shifts to malty caramel. A perfectly balanced ale. The ale is named after Brother Isidorus, the abbey's first brewer. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.

Passion Smash is a Hazy IPA brewed with German Pilsner, Wheat and Maris Otter malts, Golden Oats and Big 'O' Malted Oats, Frothtech Vape Yeast and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Strata and Freestyle Hops 'Kohia Nelson' a Nelson Sauvin and passionfruit botanical blend.

The monster hop has taken a new form. The same all-star cast of New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops, now shrouded in haze.

Juicy grapefruit, passionfruit and dank resin, fused in a swirling otherworldly Hazy IPA. The beast is back.

Mo?t Imp?rial is one of the biggest volume champagnes in the world from the vast house of LVMH (Louis Vuitton Mo?t Hennessey) and is typically a blend of 30 to 40% Pinot Noir, 30 to 40% Pinot Meunier with 20 to 30% Chardonnay for balancing crispness and freshness. It's made from Mo?t & Chandon's vineyards in all of the five main grapegrowing areas in the Champagne region.

Daniel le Brun is the first person to make traditional method sparkling wine (that's code for made the same way as champagne) in New Zealand. He has since sold his own brand name and created another sparkling wine company. 

This wine remains one of New Zealand's most loved and well known bubbles from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in Marlborough. It has extended lees aging time to gain its fresh bakery flavours and long finish. A well known wine that delivers on body, dryness, depth of flavour - and all at such a modest price. No wonder it's a fave for so many New Zealanders.

100% Furmint from four vineyards growing on volcanic sites in the famous Tokaj region of Hungary. Fermentation and maturation are both in 100% stainless steel to preserve the fruit forward nature of the wine. That said there is plenty to texture and complexity with almond notes and refreshing minearlity.

This junmai-shu measures +17.8 on the Japanese sake scale making it super-dry at face value. However, it carries an umami that blooms in the mouth, giving the sake a gentler flavour profile. A sake that showcases both the true umami of rice, alongside a very clean finish.
