Founder, Philippa was raised on a farm just outside of Lawrence, Central Otago's first gold-rush town.  Well before it was ‘the right thing to do’, Philippa’s parents farmed holistically and with respect to the environment and animals, so it was perfectly natural for Philippa to follow suit on her vineyard.

Today, Domaine Rewa produces over 15,000 bottles   each year, including Single Vineyard Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling.

An entirely bourbon-matured bottle of Arran single malt! After its distillation on the eponymous island, Barrel Reserve is matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, bottled at 43% ABV and presented in this rather handsome glass vessel (otherwise known as a bottle).

Nose: Fresh grass sweetness, lemon tart, biscuity malt and tart apple skin.

Palate: Malty, with Curiously Cinnamon cereal, vanilla fudge and green apple alongside a faint sea breeze.

Finish: Vanilla oak and lots of aromatic spice, with salted caramel and a handful of orchard fruit.

The Finlaggan range features single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed Islay distillery, bottled by the Vintage Malt Whisky Company. The range has seen a few expansions in recent years - this early 2016 release has enjoyed a finishing period in port casks, resulting in yummy, wine-like sweetness blending with the smoky, coastal peat.

This single malt whisky was aged exclusively in red wine hogsheads from Rioja. This has added dark fruit and spiced elements to the classic peat smoke that Islay whisky is known for.

The 2018 Grand Amateur Merchant is a fresh, cool climate red made exclusively from one of Hawkes Bays most exciting Cabernet Franc vineyards - The Howell Family Vineyard. In the tradition of the finest barrel aged Loire Cabernet Francs where Sam worked for 6 years, this fresh, elegant and perfumed red will reward patient wine lovers for 8-9 years from the vintage. Blueberries, raspberries, Damson plums, dried thyme and background cedar notes from oak ageing.

100% Nebbiolo from the commune of Castiglione Falletto where the vines have an average age of between 35 to 50 years and grow at an altitude of 250 to 300 metres on calcareous marl soils facing south west. Vinification is in stainless steel and aging in traditional oak casks. 

Wild strawberries are extremely delicate and should be handled with great care. Picked by the Romans for its therapeutic virtues, wild strawberries spread through Europe during the 17th century. Creme ? la Fraise des Bois is produced according to the traditional maceration process, followed by a harmonious blend of different varieties which result in a powerful and refined flavour.

The natural flavor of Williams pears from the Southern Alps combine with Cognac to make Douce, the most exquisite of pear liqueurs. IMAGINATION - Rhubarb and Raspberry gin is inspired by the New Zealand summer which is when both of these ingredients are at their best.  We gently extract the juice from the rhubarb and raspberries and blend of it with a dry gin designed specifically for this recipe.  The floral aroma of orris root is prominent on the nose with juniper, coriander and manuka maintaining the delicate piney heart of this gin.  Whole New Zealand navel oranges and lemons create a citrus complement to the fruity base with cinnamon, licorice and the orris root ensuring a surprisingly sweet spice finish.

After initially maturing in traditional oak casks over a number of years, The Arran Single Malt in this bottling was ?finished? in a selection of Amarone wine casks. The wine casks used in this bottling were sourced from an artisan producer of Amarone wine in the Veneto region of Italy.

A luxurious Italian wine meets a complex and vibrant Scottish character - there is a lot to love and appreciate about this Single Malt and you will enjoy every dram.

Made to the same base of recipes since 1821, Dolin Vermouth de Chambery has long been the benchmark for fine Vermouth. Inventors of the Blanc, Dolin is equally famous for it's very light, pale Dry. In the late 19th century, Dolin won medals in Paris, London, St. Louis and Philadelphia and in 1932 earned Chambery France's only Appellation d' Origine for Vermouth. Dolin Vermouth de Chambery is made of fine wines and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chambery. Together they impart a fresh and elegant nose, with a subtle and complex palate. Ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails. Tasting notes: Dolin Vermouths are notably lighter, drier and less pungent than their larger commercial counterparts. The particular mixture of plants found near Chambery gives a fresh, restrained and elegant nose, with a subtle, complex bittersweet palate. Even the Blanc and Rouge retain great balance, with the sugar never cloying, and just enough bitterness to whet the appetite.
