Girl From Mars is a session NEIPA, dry hopped with Harlequin, an exciting new British hop from the Charles Faram Hop Development Programme. This beer was created through the love of progressive British hops & the ultra modern styles they can be applied to.

4.8% - Enkel, which translates to single in Dutch, pours a beautiful light gold colour. A distinct ester profile, from the Trappist-inspired yeast, imparts a complex mouthfeel. Finishing slightly dry, its refreshing character invites you back for more!

5% - Our Passionfruit Miso Sour offers a harmonious blend of tropical fragrance & sweet-sour complexity, balanced by a clean malt base. Notes of lemon, jasmine, & honey bring a light, floral sweetness that transitions into a mild, savoury umami depth. This vibrant brew evolves from bright & refreshing to richly satisfying with every sip.

3.5% - Our Raspberry Berliner Weisse is a refreshingly tart brew with a clean, crisp body & a low alcohol content, making it perfect for any occasion. Its striking ruby hue, derived from ripe raspberries, is complemented by delicate floral notes. A harmonious balance between yeast character & lactic acid creates a bright, invigorating finish.

Bold, bright, fruit salad in a glass; that's what sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is all about and it's a lively, lovely fresh new spring white. The bubbles in this wine come from tank fermentation to preserve the naturally fresh fruit flavours of this vibrant wine. 

Tempranillo is the king and queen of Spanish grape varieties with over 206,000 hectares in that country’s entire vineyard area, making it the most planted red grape variety and the second most overall after the little known white Spanish grape called Airen. 

This tasty and super affordable, dry Spanish red is made from organically certified vineyards in Uclés in Castile, Spain, where the vines are grown as part of an integrated ecosystem, along with old oak trees. This region's continental climate provides hot sunny days and cool nights, which provide favourable ripening conditions for the Tempranillo grape. 

The grapes in this wine are harvested in the cool of night and early morning, given a light crush and fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit freshness. Maceration is typically eight to 10 days and no oak is used in the winemaking, so the fruit is hero in this smooth, medium bodied red. 

The name Tempranillo comes from the Spanish word temprano, which means early. It’s apt. Tempranillo is an early grape to bud in spring and it ripens early in autumn. Along with its big bunches of small, thick skinned grapes and relatively big yields (that’s means it provides a lot of grapes to harvest and make wine from), it’s a successful grape to grow. This premium Shochu is made from 100% select barley. Kannoko, which means 'river protected by the gods' in Kagoshima dialect, is the named after a stream in South Kagoshima. Kannoko has rich and mellow flavor with fragrant aroma. Kannoko's amber color comes naturally from the oak barrel aging process for 3 years. All natural ingredients. No additives .

This is Domaine de Noire’s top-flight white made exclusively from Chenin Blanc grown in the Chinon appellation of the Loire Valley. 

This wine is made in an Italian amphora and offers a pure nose of white flowers and peaches that leads to a silky and delicate palate, with mineral tones A pure nose with notes of white flowers and peaches.

Clevedon Vineyard on Munros Road is nestled in the hills of Clevedon, southwest of Auckland.

This family owned estate and vineyard sprawls some 50 acres of stunning bush-lined valley and is centred around an authentic Italian Villa - Il Monticello ('The Hill'). 

The northerly aspect captures all day sunshine giving this boutique vineyard a higher than regional average climate.  Coupled with clay based soil it is as unique as it is remarkable.

Planted over 2 decades ago, this single-vineyard estate produces Pinot Noir, Syrah, Rosé and the northern Italian varietal Arneis.

The Syrah is full bodied, velvet smooth and packed with wild bramble fruits, savoury hints and pepper spice.
