Follow The Sun is a brand new Cali IPA inspired by the easy-drinking, hop-forward beers we enjoyed on the
West Coast of the US. Using a lean malt bill, crispy water profile, and a plain as peach yeast strain, nothing stands in the way of the big, bold, and bright hop character that fresh Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Superdelic bring.  This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink. Bright beer, tight hops, forever sippable. Sip it down as we follow the sun to hop heaven.

Produced from an assemblage of different plots in the commune of Ampuis, the white Cotes du Rhone from Domaine Jamet is northern in character. Mainly produced from Marsanne and Viognier grapes, this wine is fresh, with minerality, and provides immediate enjoyment.

Appelation - Cotes du Rhone
Geology - Schist and clay-limestone soil
Grape varieties - 60% Marsanne, 30% Viognier, 7% Roussane, 3% Grenache Blanc
Vinification - Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation partly in barrels and partly in tanks
Maturation - 50 % oak barrels and 50 % stainless steel tanks
Plot - Lezardes, Cognet, Plomb, Tartaras, Champrond.

A Central Otago Pinot Noir from New Zealand cricketing legend, Ross Taylor. This one is named after Ross Taylor's highest test score of 290, scored at the WACA in Perth on November 16, 2015.

Beautiful dark juicy Portuguese red made from indigenous grapes; Touriga Nacional, Castelao, Camarate and Tinta Muida, which are grown on a combination of clay and limestone soils. 

Soft, smooth and with structure, this wine has ripe blueberry flavours, which are nicely balanced by the bold dark fruity flavours of the other three grapes in the blend. All of the grapes in this wine were fermented in temperature controlled tanks up to 30 degrees C and aged for three to four months in oak; a relatively brief time, which allows the rich fruit flavours to shine and be the hero.

Spain's greatest red grape, Tempranillo, is now being grown and pressed into tasty dry reds and rosés in New Zealand, such as this delicious dry, savoury pink wine from Elephant Hill.

All the grapes in Ata Rangi Sauvignon Blanc are hand picked and sorted into portions, many of which go through whole bunch fermentation on skins in large oak barrels which provides smooth, dry flavours and textures. The remaining portions are fermented in stainless steel to retain fruit freshness and crisp characters, which make for a vibrant and complex expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the Wairarapa. 

This is an exceptional wine which shines a new light on New Zealand's well worn Sauvignon theme. Try it!

The name Ata Rangi is Maori for dawn sky and was chosen to portray the new beginning that the start of this winery represented for founder Clive Paton in the late 1970s.

Dry, dark and full bodied wine with impressive structure, made from 100% Syrah grown on 20 to 50 year old vines planted on limestone, sand and pebbles in the appellation of St Joseph. This wine is fermented in stainless steel and was aged for 16 months in second fill oak barrels.

The Lasanta was extramatured in Spanish oloroso sherry casks following a minimum of ten years in ex-bourbon casks. In Gaelic, Lasanta means warmth and passion, and this refers to the key notes of toffee, raisins and walnuts. Upon further nosing and tasting, rich undertones of sultanas, oranges and chocolate emerge, with the dessert sherry wood showing its worth. 

Nose - Like the most delicious dessert menu imaginable, Lasanta taunts the senses with chocolate covered raisins, honeycomb and smooth caramel toffee. Citrus notes clear the way for the crispy burnt sugar and melting softness of creme brulee to be replaced by the rich aroma of rum and raisin ice cream

Palate - The full, sweet flavour typical of Spanish sherry with sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butter toffee. The bite of hazelnut tasted through a chocolate coating, spice notes and hints of leather add the overwhelming sense of richness

Finish - Satisfyingly long with spiced orange and chocolate enrobed hazelnuts 

Forget clarity, there's nothing clean cut about this beer. This is a Pale Ale amplified and distorted in a wall of haze and hop feedback. Galaxy, Nelson and Mosaic riffs drift in a warm fuzz of juicy malt and tropical fruit noise. Plug it in, dial it up, crack the can. It's fuzzy ugly and you love it. Originally brewed in collaboration with Sydney's rock god pizza tossers Frankies.

Yalumba Paradox Shiraz is made from grapes grown in a vineyard on the Barossa Valley floor which is known for its hot climate and bold wines, but this one fits the bill of beautiful elegance and structure as well as of powerful dark fruit flavours. Its intense tannins are beautifully balanced by refreshing acidity, lithe texture and it ticks the vegan friendly box.
