Modern clones combine with traditional wild ferments, barrel aging and lees stirring to supercharge the aromas and textures of this wine. The end result is a flavour-packed mouthful of peach and citrus with an elegant spicy dry finish: a wine that will keep everyone happy.

The mysterious nature of this beer is that it brings out what we love in New Zealand hops - piney, floral, citrusy notes supported by a medium body and rich but pleasant bitterness. Packed with Waimea, Nelson Savuin, Taiheke, Pacific Jade and Motueka hops this beer is a real beast, Sea Beast!

A unique beer, born of a pilgrimage across the USA and Australia to visit some of the world’s most exciting wild and sour breweries. In an act of characteristic openness and generosity, each brewery gifted a sample of their own ‘house culture’, the collection of yeast and bacterial strains responsible for their beer’s unique flavour. From these gifts we produced 11 different barrels, then blended them with a barrel of our own house culture, creating a deliciously complex beer, with a restrained acidity and citrus fruit notes. A true celebration of brewing culture.

Jam packed with Citra, Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin, with only Whirlpool and Double Dry Hop additions, this Crazy Hazy has a rich body balanced with tropical Fruit Flavours of Pineapple, Mango and Passionfruit with a hint of Pine and a mild bitterness.

Bottled straight from the cask, without adding water to reduce alcohol content, delivers the extraordinary depth, complexity and balance of flavours that’s now the established hallmark of our Cask Strength series. Release No. 3 is no exception.

This third release has been created using an expertly balanced combination of three cask types – first-fill sherry seasoned American and European oak casks and a smaller quantity of refill casks for balance and depth. Using a higher proportion of Orkney peated malt, our Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion, has achieved an intensely smoky character, coming through first on the nose with aromas of smouldering peat and lightly charred oak, balanced by honey-glazed lemons and crushed aniseed.

Discover what best suits your palate by experimenting with the amount of water you add as you release this whisky’s distinctive notes of ripe mango, cloudy heather honey and whipped vanilla cream with a hint of aromatic violet. Pink grapefruit zest, freshly-baked sponge cake and a final gust of heathery peat smoke provide a long and distinctive finish.

The clue is in the name really. Cask Strength Release No. 2 is bottled straight from the cask, without adding water to reduce alcohol content, to deliver an extraordinary depth, complexity and balance of flavours.

Casks have a huge influence on the flavour, character and natural colour of our whisky as it matures, so our Cask Strength series presents our whisky in its purest form, giving you the freedom to enjoy our whisky, your way. For this second release in the Cask Strength series, Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker, selected mainly sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, along with just a few ex-bourbon casks. You’ll find aromas of summer rose, ripe pear and fresh coconut gathering on a wave of aromatic peat smoke, followed by a wild harmony of sweet and spicy flavours - poached pear and rich almond cake, a drizzle of cloudy honey and a twist of salty liquorice. There’s the suggestion of toasted oak and intriguing notes of orchard fruits, black pepper and sweet aniseed linger, in a satisfyingly long finish. In a word (or three) we call it ‘smoky peppered praline’.

We’ve been crafting our award-winning whisky at the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, since 1798. A sherried Glenfiddich originally released for the distillery's travel exclusive Perpetual collection, this single malt was aged in Spanish Sherry casks. Intriguingly, only half the whisky in the vat is bottled before it's refilled with fresh spirits, in the style of classic Spanish sherry soleras, meaning there is always a well-balanced mix of well-aged and young whisky.

Polished leather, freshly-baked fruitcake, bittersweet marmalade, and toasted oak on the nose.

The palate is silky, sweet, and spicy, with peppery fresh oak, cigar box, and well-toasted bread.

Candied peels, treacle, and a good whack of cinnamon on the finish

Elevated over 15 years of maturation in European oak sherry casks and a process notable for its continuous movement, VAT 03 distinctly embodies the Glenfiddich pioneering spirit. Resulting from Solera VAT 3, this silky-smooth full-bodied whisky harmoniously combines warm notes of spice with hints of nutty marzipan and dark sherry oak. A satisfyingly rich and sweet Glenfiddich for connoisseurs.

Colour - Golden with reddish hue.

Nose - Intriguingly complex aroma with sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits.

Taste - Silky smooth, revealing layers sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full bodied and bursting with flavour.

The finish is satisfyingly rich with lingering sweetness.

Little has changed since Thomas Cooper brewed his first batch of Sparkling Ale in 1862. It's still naturally conditioned in the bottle with our unique strain of Coopers yeast. To enjoy the complete Sparkling experience, roll the bottle to mix in the yeast sediment before pouring. No additives. No preservatives.

Our 'Pale' is naturally conditioned in the bottle, can or keg. This traditional Coopers brewing method produces the trademark sediment that gives our ales a distinctive, fine cloudy appearance.

This beer is a deep golden colour and pours with a generous level of foam. To unlock its full flavour potential, make sure to roll your can or bottle before pouring. No additives. No preservatives

4.5% ABV

96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec from Margaret River, Western Australia

Generosity, layers and contours surround the palate. Density of dark forest fruits combine with cacao, cracked coffee and anise. Vibrancy and energy is underlined with a mineral and graphite acid line and delicate elegant finish.

Dark, juicy, spicy and delicious Syrah made from organically certified grapes grown in Marlborough. Exceptional wine with power, elegance and structure.

Organic certification

The organic story at Seresin

One of the greatest things about Seresin Estate is the organic certification. This came relatively early on for Seresin, who was dismayed by the amount used and the impacts of man made chemicals, which were routinely and frequently sprayed on vines. His early adopting philosophy of organic certification paved a positive path for the integrity of the wines as well as leading others to follow suit.

This beer takes its name from Estrella the spanish word for 'star' and Damm, the founding family's name. Since 1876 this beer has been brewed according to the original recipe. Golden in colour, this crisp lager is rounded with dark-roasted notes to give it personality and final flavour.

Bodegas Roda is completely new to New Zealand this year, 2023, and is also a fabulously modern expression of traditional Spanish grape varieties which express themselves in bold red fruit flavours here with the support structure of firm smooth tannins, spicy complex aromas and depth. The blend is 94% Tempranillo,  4% Garnacha and 2% Graciano, all grown on bush vines between 15 to 30 years of age.
Fermentation and ageing was in large French oak vats for 12 months. Stabilisation was natural with egg white used for fining. 

This is a great wine from relatively youthful vines in Spanish terms. It drinks well now and has fabulous structure to age further.
