Disconnection Notice pulls the plug on the ordinary and dives headfirst into a tropical fruit frenzy with this Fruited Sour. Pear leads the charge in primary, laying down a smooth, juicy base before waves of mango, pineapple and passionfruit crash in with bright, pulpy intensity. A splash of coconut water rounds things out, softening the edges and sending the whole thing drifting somewhere warm and beachy.

Just An Illusion drifts somewhere between worlds - a collaboration with our long-time friends at Teenage Brewing in Japan, built on shared curiosity and a mutual pull toward pushing flavour beyond the expected.

Juicy nashi pear leads the way, opening into waves of ripe peach and sweet strawberry that fold and blur into each other with every sip. It’s layered, pulpy, and immersive - a fruit-forward expression that leans into texture as much as taste, soft, full, and an exploration on flavours that are constantly shifting.

Duck Duck Gose - Grapefruit & Tequila Barrel Aged Gose 5.7%

Duck, duck, duck, duck, duck... you're it. We took our salty, tart gose and locked it away in tequila-soaked European oak for four months, letting it soak up some briny, earthy attitude. What comes out the other end is puckering and playful in equal measure: sea salt minerality, zingy bright grapefruit, and just enough barrel character to keep you guessing who's the goose.

Panhead - In hot rodding a Rad Rod is a chopped, low slung, rough and rusty special, designed for go more than show.  A little like a classic hazy IPA in other words.  There's a killer American hopping regime inside this unfiltered diamond, throwing the juicy orange and fruit salad characters forward without too much bitterness or malty sophistication.
