Duck Duck Gose - Grapefruit & Tequila Barrel Aged Gose 5.7%

Duck, duck, duck, duck, duck... you're it. We took our salty, tart gose and locked it away in tequila-soaked European oak for four months, letting it soak up some briny, earthy attitude. What comes out the other end is puckering and playful in equal measure: sea salt minerality, zingy bright grapefruit, and just enough barrel character to keep you guessing who's the goose.

Panhead - In hot rodding a Rad Rod is a chopped, low slung, rough and rusty special, designed for go more than show.  A little like a classic hazy IPA in other words.  There's a killer American hopping regime inside this unfiltered diamond, throwing the juicy orange and fruit salad characters forward without too much bitterness or malty sophistication.

Every turn through the maze reveals new dimensions of vibrant stonefruit, citrus zest and tropical aromatics, finishing smooth, refreshing and irresistibly drinkable.

What can we say? We’ve got a thing for excess. Packed to the brim with juicy boysenberry and ripe strawberry before being swirled through a decadent ice cream sour base, this one lands somewhere between a berry-loaded sundae, a melted milkshake and a fruit-lolly shop fever dream. Jammy, creamy and dripping with sweet-tart indulgence, it’s a luscious scoop of dessert-inspired chaos that refuses to hold back. Some beers need explaining. This one speaks for itself.

• Rhys’ Pieces - Chocolate & Peanut Imperial Stout 10%

  The mysterious mountain man of the wilderness surrounding Canyon. Some say Rhys is just a myth, dreamt up to scare kids into behaving. But when he does appear from the trees, he never comes empty-handed. From the depths of his magic Carhartt overalls pockets, he pulls little bites of joy, packed with decadent peanut goodness to warm the soul. This beast pours motor oil black, with a rich malt base, notes of peanut, and a whisper of burnt caramel. 

When One Drop and Vault City get together, subtlety walks out the door and takes a day off.
What we are left with is a full-blown lamington fantasy spun into smoothie sour form. Think raspberry jam dripping through fluffy sponge cake, banana and coconut cream folding into clouds of icing sugar and lactose, all wrapped up in a blizzard of desiccated coconut. We even hung bags of coconut straight in the tank to make sure that toasted lamington magic hits from the first sip to the last.

We took our plush vanilla ice cream stout base and went all in - peanut butter, coconut crème, and a decadent swirl of nougat, caramel, and chocolate vibes inspired by your favourite nutty candy bar. It’s a nostalgic nod wrapped in liquid indulgence, with soft sweetness, creamy body, and that perfect touch of roasted peanut depth.
It’s dessert in a glass. It’s comfort in a can. It’s All Day.

Southern Cross flow through the whirlpool, setting the tone before a dry hop of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron lifts everything into the canopy. What follows is pure hop expression — layered tropicals, lifted aromatics, and a natural intensity that needs nothing added.

Delirium Noël is a Christmas beer with a dark brown to black color and a characteristic sweet-spicy taste with a full alcoholic aftertaste.

The aroma of this beer is reminiscent of brown sugar, apple and various spicy spices. The taste is complex, with hints of citrus, sweet caramel and warming spices.

A fully saturated Hazy DIPA built with a deliberate focus on texture and layered hop expression.

The hot side is charged at 10 g/L with Freestyle Motueka, Peacharine and Citra, establishing a vibrant foundation of bright citrus and stone fruit. This is followed by a Clean Fusion dry hop of the same trio, preserving aromatic clarity while amplifying intensity.

A composition of Southern Hemisphere character sits at the core, supported by a confident Citra lift that brings definition and energy to the profile.

Delirium Tremens Strong Blond Beer feels like sound shot of alcohol igniting the mouth. But in reality the palate and tongue are warmed. This taste is characterised by the roundness. A strong, long-lasting, dry bitter aftertaste.
