Effervescent and fruity with notes of peach, apricot, lime, passionfruit and lychee from the Wai-iti, Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops. A light malt bill is subtle on the palate.

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE HAZY IPA

Full-bodied and loaded with blueberries, with tropical fruit salad aromatics from the Motueka Cryo hops. Oats and wheat added to the grain bill for a creamy finish, underpinned by a slight hint of biscuity caramel from the malt.

Frog Wallop West Coast IPA 6.3% ABV

• Bold, bright, and unmistakably Kiwi, with notes of gooseberries, grapefruit, citrus zest, layered over a resinous pine backbone. Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, and NZ Chinook deliver a crisp bitterness and lingering dry finish. Making each sip clean, punchy and refreshingly moreish. Naturally carbonated.

Operation IPA Volume 1: Mosaic

Bright, punchy, and properly dank.

Mosaic takes the stage as our showcase hop for this inaugural version of our new IPA series, bringing bright notes of grapefruit and pine on base hops of New Zealand Chinook and Taiheke to create this dank citrus forward IPA. It’s resinous, it’s zesty, and it’s not mucking around.

Huhu Hazy Volume 1: Mosaic

Juicy, hazy, and loaded with tropical punch.

The first release in our Huhu Hazy series, this juicy banger puts Mosaic hops front and centre. Bursting with punchy passionfruit, ripe mango, and sweet tangerine, it finishes with a lick of citrus zest. Smooth, natural carbonation rounds it out into a soft, velvety juice bomb. Tropical as, and dangerously crushable.

The Disinformation Project Stout

Bold, silky, and brewed with zero lies.

Thief Brewing’s first-ever stout, brewed in cahoots with the legends at Test Lab Brewery. A rich, full-bodied debut with velvety smoothness and a thick, creamy head. Aromas of roasted coffee and decadent dark chocolate lead into bold roasted malt flavours, with just enough bitterness to balance the sweetness. It’s a flavour-packed, luxurious drop made for stout lovers who like it deep, dark, and honest.

Saison fermented and aged over 18 months in a large format French oak wine barrel on
Riesling lees from our cuvee 'Pollen'. Late during hop harvest 2025 Fleur de Lie was fresh
hopped with a healthy dose of sticky Nelson Sauvin fresh hops straight from the bine. Aged
further on hop for one month before finally conditioning in can and keg.

A legendary Cornish ale, Hicks is named after the Brewery's founder, Walter Hicks.  Full-bodied, strong and distinctly Cornish, it's gained something of a cult status over the years.  Brimming with flavours, it's a beer worthy of carrying the great man's name

Despite the name, ‘German Hill’ isn’t particularly German at all. It earned its title from the blunt local assumption that any European accent must surely be German - when rather it was Inglewood’s influx of Prussian/Polish immigrants settling there in the area in the late 1800s. Close enough, right?

Nestled just outside of Inglewood, the volcanic mound originally known as Atoa Iwa had previously served as a perfect kāinga for local iwi, giving commanding views of the surrounding land. It also boasted several clean, bubbling springs of water known for its excellent mineral composition.

Raise a stein and give a mighty Prost to this beer, brewed with traditional German malt and hops, with inspiration taken from the pure, fresh springs of German Hill.

5.7%ABV 

Just like its namesake, Alibi's newest launch is built on classic composition. Brewed with 40% Vienna malt, 60% Pils malt, and finished with German Perle hops, it's a symphony of spice, floral lift, and earthy depth.

Singular yet complex, Amadeus showcases the craftsmanship of yesteryear — the kind of lager that deserves its own standing ovation. Best paired with good company, fine food, and perhaps a little Serenade No. 13.

Wild Westie IPA is a bright, breezy twist on the classic west coast IPA you know and love. This time, we’ve swapped in a generous portion of rice for an even lighter, crisper ride. With an ultra-clean water profile and a faithful plain-as-peach yeast strain, nothing stands in the way of the big, bold, bright hop character that hand-selected Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka bring.

Delta Dawn is a brand-new DIPA straight out of our R&D program. Taking inspiration from the hop-saturated ales we tried in the US, we’ve mashed this monster with extra-pale malt and over 50% oat adjuncts, providing a thick and luscious base for the 35 g/L dry hop to rest upon. Soulfully hopped with freshly landed, hand-selected Freestyle & Eggers hops from this year’s NZ harvest— Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and world-favourite LiLy™—this is fresh hoppy ale at its finest, folks
