70% Auxerrois blend from old vines in the Clos des Capucins and the bottom of Altenbourg. Fun fact - Auxerrois can be labeled Pinot Blanc, but not the other way around - and only in Alsace. The two grapes are not related, but are stylistically similar and often blended.

Aged in a mix of old and new foudres. Vines of 15 to 50 years old. Mainly in the Clos des Capucins and some on limestone. Lots of energy and richness underneath. Very pacy! Infinitely superior to most Pinot Blancs. Lots of texture on the end.

Bourgogne Aligoté is a dry wine, with a good acidity and a medium strength. Maturing is mostly done in tanks during 12 months, to promote freshness and ses notes fruitées.
Usually, Bourgogne Aligoté is an early wine but coming from Domaine Pierre MOREY, it can be kept for many years !

With scents of peonies, raspberry and kirsch, the Saint-Amour is a refined and voluptuous wine. With a seductive shiny ruby red robe, this elegant and tender wine is very enjoyable. Wine-maker notes.

NELSON SAUVIN SINGLE HOP HAZY IPA 6%
Glorious notes of lychee, white wine, passionfruit and gooseberry abound in this juicy single-hopped beer loaded with Nelson Sauvin hops. The hops take centre stage with lush tropical aromatics balanced by a soft creaminess in the body with oats and wheat added to the grain bill. Fruity and delectable!

Tropical and zesty, this juicy beer is loaded with fresh-cut citrus aromatics of lime, grapefruit, tangerine, mandarin and lemon from the calamansi juice, Citra Cryo and Motueka hops. Those sweet and tangy flavours are balanced by a soft and creamy body loaded with oats and wheat in the grain bill. Dreamy, easy-drinking and delicious!

Wielding a massive arsenal of Superdelic, Mosaic, and Clayton Hops’ Amplifire Motueka, this heavy-gravity overlord is built to overpower every other beer in the fridge. Flavours: A massive, bold grist of pilsner base malt, wheat malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats is smoothed out with dextrose sugar and maltodextrin for a thick, velvety body that balanced the 10.2% ABV. Whitelabs WLP008 yeast carries a saturated hop payload of Superdelic, Mosaic, Amplifire Motueka, and Motueka Kief.
