Together with Miami’s J. Wakefield, we previously brewed Brush, and in the U.S., Eton Mess Brush was released. Now, we can offer a barrel-aged version of Eton Mess Brush that has been aged in bourbon barrels and barrels from Norwegian Midsummer Hot Sauce.

We have known Emma and Gordon for years and having them over at our house always makes for a joyous occasion filled with good conversation, laughter and warmth. A vibe we have jointly tried to channel into this thoughtfully crafted mild. Please turn the can over twice before opening and hard pour this beer to  release nitro. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery in Sundbyberg, Sweden.

Omnipollo Pilsner is part of our ambitious lager program out at Omnipollos church. Through using carefully selected hops, decoction mashing and extensive lagering times we aim to create as expressive and crisp pilsners as possible. Omnipollo Pilsner sets of to be just that, the perfect thirst quencher, but without losing the robust malty body, herbal hop notes and bitterness.

Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. The Aroma Hops added late in the boil contribute clean fresh floral notes

Fresh Hop 2025

Pristine and fabulously aromatic with feijoa, kiwifruit, green apple and lime zest aromas, it’s intensely flavoursome in the mouth displaying excellent fruit purity and persistency. Finely textured and lingering with loads of tasty flavours.

Aromas and flavours of green apple and lemon peel, honey suckle and butterscotch. The palate is rich yet refreshing and the mouthfeel is delicate yet persistent.

The home of Akitu 

Andrew Donaldson planted his vineyard with 100% Pinot Noir in 2002 and has since developed three distinctive styles of wine from this great red grape variety. Two reds (Akitu A 1 and Akitu A2) lead the production while a Pinot Blanc is now part of the high quality stable of wines from this producer. 

Donaldson employs winemaker P J Charteris to make the wines.

This is more than just a fresh hop beer, Harvest Pilsner™ is a true taste of a moment in time.

This year’s harvest marks the fifteenth anniversary of our multi-award-winning fresh hop pilsner. For 2025, it’s been carefully crafted with local Riwaka™ and Motueka™ hops from the Tasman region, hand-selected, collected, and raced back to the brewery by our Master Brewer, Tracy Banner. They lend exquisite and more-ish notes of mixed citrus and tropical fruit, a pleasant sweetness and a bright, resinous note. These are balanced against a rock-solid foundation of a crisp, dry, and quite frankly terrific pilsner.

Kodachi gin 700ml

Handcrafted in small batches using Japanese botanicals: sugi (Japanese redwood), hinoki (Japanese cypress), lemon peel, unshu mandarin peel, and sansho pepper. The sugi and hinoki evoke the spectacular forests of the nearby Kumano pilgrimage route.

The unique combination of sugi and hinoki combined with juniper results in a deeper aroma, balanced with citrus, while the sansho pepper notes provide some sharpness.

Kozue gin 700ml

Handcrafted in small batches, using Japanese botanicals: koyamaki umbrella pine, lemon peel, unshu mandarin peel, and sansho pepper.

Presents a delicate balance of floral pine, wild berry and sansho pepper notes on the nose, while the koyamaki pine provides a clean finish.
