A super rich and decadent imperial stout with additions of caramel, chocolate and Madagascan vanilla.

Some follow the herd. Not us. There’s nothing sheepish about this big, bold double IPA. Fresh and piney, with a bitterness that’ll butt you into the next valley.

Tasting Note: A well-balanced nonalcoholic lager. Fresh and easy to drink. Brewed with the finest barley malt and choicest hops using a unique, patented brewing method – which does not involve extracting the alcohol at the end of brewing. Freshness and a pleasingly intense hoppy note. Creamy on the palate with the sweetness balanced by a moderate bitterness.

5% - The third entry in our 2025 lager series, Fresh Hop Pacifica Pilsner has a clean grain bill which allows the fresh hops from Freestyle Farms to shine. This pils is a true expression of Pacifica's aromatic, floral & orange blossom characteristics supposed with lime & noble notes!

4.8% - Enkel, which translates to single in Dutch, pours a beautiful light gold colour. A distinct ester profile, from the Trappist-inspired yeast, imparts a complex mouthfeel. Finishing slightly dry, its refreshing character invites you back for more!

5% - Our Japanese Rice Lager is a delicately brewed beer with a light, refreshing profile inspired by traditional Japanese brewing techniques. The addition of rice gives it a smooth, crisp body with subtle sweetness, allowing the floral & herbal hop notes to shine. Perfectly balanced & highly drinkable, it’s an ideal choice for its clean, refreshing finish.

5% - Our Passionfruit Miso Sour offers a harmonious blend of tropical fragrance & sweet-sour complexity, balanced by a clean malt base. Notes of lemon, jasmine, & honey bring a light, floral sweetness that transitions into a mild, savoury umami depth. This vibrant brew evolves from bright & refreshing to richly satisfying with every sip.

3.5% - Our Raspberry Berliner Weisse is a refreshingly tart brew with a clean, crisp body & a low alcohol content, making it perfect for any occasion. Its striking ruby hue, derived from ripe raspberries, is complemented by delicate floral notes. A harmonious balance between yeast character & lactic acid creates a bright, invigorating finish.

BLANC DE HOUBLON - BELGIAN HAZY
This week we have a new batch of Blanc de Houblon coming out with a new look. We have labelled it 'Belgian Hazy'. A fruity blend of NZ hops meets a three strain Belgian yeast blend. The result is delicious.
