Hop Bombs Away! This year's Hop Drop is brewed for the annual Smith's NZ IPA Competition, and it’s coming in hot! Imagine a bold world where only the finest New Zealand hops unite to create a flavor explosion. With a big and bold malt bill, we’ve layered Pilsner, wheat, and toffee malt, then piled on heaps of oats and flaked wheat for a juicy, smooth, hazy experience. This brew celebrates the incredible character of NZ hops, elevating your taste buds to new heights.

With more road cones than people in NZ, we thought why not throw some in a brew? Not the orange plastic ones, but the whole cone Nelson Sauvin variety to release their hop oils. Big-hitting Sauvignon notes are layered on a background of Guava and soft bitterness produced by Kohatu. This juicy ale sits on a bready cookie-like base with an oily, candied hop decadence

Commercial description

The Alentejo region benefits from the warm Mediterranean climate and clay soils which provide the ideal conditions for the production of high quality grapes. From our best selection of Touriga Nacional, this wine aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.

This wine displays an intense colour and offers floral aromas well balanced with bold notes of spices. It matches beautifully with food and will age very well in the bottle.

An alluring bouquet of wild strawberries and cream with a touch of spice, followed by delicate cranberry, ruby grapefruit and and a hint of shortbread.  Vibrant, focused and beautifully balanced. 

Vineyard This wine is from our BioGro certified organic and Demeter certified biodynamic estate vineyard located in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago. The vineyard was planted in 1998 after careful site selection and is the pioneer vineyard in Bendigo New Zealand. The soils on the beautiful north facing slope are Waenga fine sandy loam and Molyneux shallow sandy loam soils. The Pinot Noir clones 10/5 and 5 have been used for the production of this Methode Traditionnelle sparkling wine. Planted with a vine density of 3,800 vines per hectare on 44.55° south. 

Cuvee 100% Pinot Noir, hand-picked on the 8th March 2022 in ideal condition. Bottle fermented and aged on lees for a minimum of 24 months. Riddled and disgorged by hand at Quartz Reef.

"Gentle lemon appearance with a prominent enticing nose. Aromas of citrus, melon, tropical fruit and sweet nuts. A refined palate with a pleasant citrusy acidity, creamy mouth coating textures and a remarkably long finish. Shisty minerality, flavours and textures reflect the soils of our Bendigo vineyard. A delightful wine after a hot day in the sun or a cold day on the mountain. Drinking well now till 2033."

This Twelve Year Old Aberlour has been matured in two cask types.  Traditional oak and Sherry oak casks.  Especially selected every year, they are filled with whisky and quietly aged for a minimum of twelve years; then the casks are married together.

Traditional oak casks encourage the subtle character of Aberlour to develop, whilst Sherry oak casks add hints of ruby gold colour and a deep and rich flavour to the whisky.  A perfectly balanced single malt with notes of fruits and spices.

Our Pink G’nT presents a premium gin and tonic coupled with Raspberry to give both a lovely pink colour and a fresh fruit flavour. You won’t find it sweet, instead crisp and refreshing served perfectly over ice with a slice of lime.

The fourth release in our IPA Series showcases experiemental hop NZH-101, alongside Motueka and Nectaron, delivering vibrant tropical and citrus flavours. A crisp malt base keeps it light and easy-drinking, while a smooth bitterness rounds out the finish. Bright, refreshing, and full of flavour - this IPA is made for hop lovers

A decadent, dark, and silky smooth Stout infused with selected ingredients grown beneath the Sky of the Southern Hemisphere. 

Rich, milky chocolate flavours from Samoan Cacao Beans - ethically sourced by Rautini, a company dedicated to supporting indigenous Cacao farmers then carefully roasted and dehusked by Mike at Raglan Chocolate. 

Australian Almonds toasted by hand with the help of our friends at Saltwater Restaurant add a nutty crunch, while the exquisite Tongan Vanilla supplied by Heilala lends its distinct aromatic sweetness. 

An indulgent yet balanced drop of creamy liquid flowing as smoothly as the transition from Sun to Moon!

A New Zealand Amber Ale combining tradition with a modern approach to brewing. 

With a base of Maris Otter and a combination of Crystal malts, it delivers smooth, caramel, biscuit and toffee notes, balanced by a bright hop presence. Showcasing contemporary New Zealand hops - Rakau, Motueka and Waimea. This beer offers a burst of floral, stone fruit and subtle tropical flavours, providing a refreshing counterpoint to the malt sweetness. 

This beer highlights a clean fermentation and refined bitterness at 5.3% ABV making it approachable yet complex. Ideal for those looking to experience an updated take on the traditional amber ale

Introducing Guinness 0.0. Brewed with our new cold filtration process. This ensures you get the same beautifully smooth taste, perfectly balanced flavour and unique dark colour of Guinness Draught, just without the alcohol.

The latest in 250 years of innovation, Guinness 0.0 is specially brewed to retain the characteristic flavours which make Guinness Draught our most popular beer.

The brewing process starts just as it always has, but with 0.0 the alcohol is gently removed through a cold filtration method. This helps to preserve its natural flavour, ensuring that the all important sweetness of the malt, the bitterness of the hops and the unique Guinness Roasted Barley flavours are all perfectly balanced.

Tart & layered, a strong sour cherry tang leads the palate, balanced by a bright, cleansing acidity. Subtle spice notes from rye malt & the yeast add nuance and warmth, making this a perfect wintertime sour.
