Yellow with golden highlights. Vibrant with notes of melon, figs, toffee and lemon. A balanced mix of dry fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves. Long finish with sweetness in harmony with dry tannins from the woods.

Briottet's Mandarine liqueur is made from mandarin distillate. The zest of the fruit offers an intense and pure flavour. Extra-fine white sugar is added in order to create a fine liqueur which reveals all the subtlety of the fruit.

Crater Rim Riesling is medium sweet in style but so beautifully balanced by fresh  acidity that it tastes medium dry with great concentration of tropical fruit flavours and a succulent, long finish. It's made with grapes grown on Glasnevin Gravels, one of North Canterbury's golden miles of vineyards.

Winemaker Haydon Good worked for Clemens Busch in the Mosel, from which he says one of his take home pieces of information for making Riesling was to make picking decision on acidity then balance the wine with residual sugar, depending on the season and the acidity. That philosophy comes through bright, fresh and clear in this stunningly good value Riesling. 

This is a classic cream style sherry from one of Spain's most well known sherry producers. Elegante Cream is sweet and rich, with nuttiness and notes of caramel, dried fruits and gentle spice. 

Classic Graves from an exceptional vintage which favoured the left bank. This shows hallmark cassis and bramble fruit with lovely ripe tannins and keen balancing acidity. Entry level Bordeaux at it's best.

When you look at the almost transparent color of this Ledaig, you know straight away that the cask will have no influence on its aromatic and taste palette. Both earthy and marine, it is also rustic and at the same time very elegant and easy to access that does not exclude complexity. It expresses in a way that could not be more natural all the paradoxes that make the reputation of this single malt from the Isle of Mull.

Aged in American Oak (ex-bourbon) and distilled using peated grain sourced from Inverness – Scotland. This peated single malt expression has a distinctive style all of its own. Peaty characters play on the palate more gingerly than its Scottish peated counterparts. With more restraint, this expression represents the best of new world peated whisky interpretations. Single cask Islay whisky bottled to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Belgian independent bottler the Nectar. After initial maturation in American oak, this distinctive single malt was filled into dessert wine casks from Monbazillac. A great combination of sweet wine cask influence and coastal peatiness.

52.7% ABV

For all the sherry fans out there we have this 1988 Vintage Auchentoshan. We all know that Auchentoshan are masters at fully triple distilling their whisky but they also mastered the art of sherry maturation here with this expression.

This limited edition Auchentoshan was distilled in 1988 and matured in Spanish oak casks and finished in PX sherry casks.

It was bottled some 29 years later in 2019 at 49.7%.
The resulting whisky has picked up the characteristics so well from the casks used and it is full of rich, sweet butterscotch and caramel flavours.

A 22-year-old single malt from Fettercairn, matured in ex-bourbon casks, creating aromas of banana bread, oranges, plum, raisins, figs and ginger bread on the nose. The palate offers notes of spiced pears, caramelised orange, coffee, liquorice, cherry and plum that linger in the finish.

47% ABV

The perfect partnership of Hellyers Road Original Single Malt with a pinch of our peated single malt spirit. This whisky delivers a tangy, fruity flavour that lingers delightfully in the aftertaste. Aged in American Oak (ex-bourbon). This whisky is non-chill filtered or artificial colouring added.

It presents as a refreshing, alternative single malt that is most definitely worthy of your attention.

46.2% ABV

Distilled in 2008 at Glen Elgin distillery, this 10-year-old Speyside single malt was bottled in December 2018 by indie bottler Mossburn, and is the 19th whisky in its Vintage Casks series. Matured in a single cask, it has a sweet and spicy character, with notes of black pepper, caramel and oak spice.

59% ABV

Another wonderful Tomintoul from the Vintage Single Cask range, this one was distilled back in 1994 and rested in a single Oloroso sherry butt! Eventually, it was bottled up at cask strength, with an outturn of 681 bottles at 57.4% ABV, packing oodles of dark fruit and toffee.

Nose: Toffee sweetness with hints of ripe damsons, plums and berries. Vanilla and custard aromas join the medley

Palate: Exotic mix of sweet toffee, raisins, plums, glacé cherries and nutty nougat

Finish: Sweet to start then drying slowly with cigar box spiciness

57.4% ABV

It’s rare to see a cask strength dram from Caperdonich, so the Caperdonich 21 Year Old at its natural 48% ABV is a gem for your whisky collection. This expression was bottled by the Chivas Brothers long after the distillery closed its doors for the final time, and it saw just 276 bottles drawn from a single oak barrel.

Aromas of orange zest, lemon curd and barley sugar fill the nose, complemented by notes of poached pear, creamy vanilla and summer blossoms throughout the palate.
