Pinot Gris, Viognier and Gewurztraminer join forces in this quirky white blend from a great Hawke’s Bay winery. These grapes are an aromatic bunch and when fermented dry offer a lush body and crisp long fresh finish.

Millton Vineyard is a key pioneer of Viognier, producing this one from vines grown on the silt banks of the Waipoa River in the Gisborne region. This is a dry, full bodied and textural wine with ripe apricot skin and peachy flavours. It drinks well now and will continue to age gracefully for the medium term; five to six years and possibly even longer. 

This is a perfect aperitif, made from the Palomino grape. Dry and complex, this sherry shows shows oxidative notes of died fruit and nuts and a fragrant nose. The Elegate Fino Sherry is a great match for cheese, fish and white meats.

The Seguinot family has been in Chablis since at least 1590 and this estate is now managed by Daniel Seguinot and his daughters, Emilie and Laurence. It covers 20 hectares on a south west facing slope in this most northern region in Burgundy. 

Thee family makes four different wine styles from Chablis, ranging from Petit Chablis and  Chablis to the two Premier Cru, Fourchaume, and Homme Mort.

This wine offers very good value for money and highlights this classic traditional home of the much loved Chardonnay grape.

A 100% agave reposado tequila aged for 4-6 months in 190 litre casks previously used to age whiskey at the Early Times Distillery in Kentucky and the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Tennessee.

Nose: Sea salty, herbal floral nose with hints of vanilla.

Palate: Salty, spicy.

Finish: Vanilla emerges alongside pleasant vegetable notes and gives way to a finish dominated by cracked black pepper.

Pineau des Charentes, (Pineau Charentais, or simply Pineau) is a regional French aperitif, made in the départements of Charente, Charente-Maritime and, to a much lesser extent, Dordogne in western France.

Pasquet Pineau Des Charentes Blanc is a bright straw colour. With Aromas of manuka honey that leap from the glass over stewed apricots, some toasty notes, a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon. Light and silky entry quickly builds into a sensational semi-sweet burst of fresh apricot and spice carried by gently warming spirit. Seamlessly integrated and perfectly balanced with excellent palate length. Finishes clean, drying and refreshingly grapey with a subtle but persistent aftertaste of manuka honey, apricot nectar, almond and spice. A superb drink. 18% Alc./Vol.

This fleshy, savoury, super silky and earthy Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown on a small .8 of a hectare situated on the road to Castlepoint in the northern Wairarapa. The first vintage was 2016 and the wine is a  collaboration between winemakers Karl Johner and Raphael Burki. All grapes in this smooth Pinot were hand harvested with 20% whole bunch to provide floral and fruit aroma lift and silkiness. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak, 20% new, and bottled without filtering or fining. It is vegan friendly.Lime Hill Pinot Noir is made from a small vineyard of .8 of a hectare situated on the road to Castlepoint in the northern Wairarapa.
