Apple IPA Cider is a burly, dry cider with a heavy dry hop, courtesy of some big NZ hop varieties - it pushes the boundaries and is made for the IPA and cider lover alike.

The artwork on the Apple IPA Cider can is inspired by the trailer park guy mural that used to be next to the Morningside train tracks, crafted by NZ artist, Paul Walsh.

This dry white is made from Pinot Noir grapes, grown on Te Kano's Eliza Vineyard and fermented to almost bone dry with 2.5 grams residual sugar adding balance to the linear acidity in this wine. The grapes were given minimal skin contact during fermentation so that the colour is pale and the wine looks white but has depth of flavour, thanks to the earthy notes of the Pinot Noir. 

Flavours here are fresh with notes of nashi pear, peach and citrus blossom leading to a rich and fruity palate with concentrated flavours of peach and pear leading to a dry finish.

Three clones of Pinot Noir were used in this wine with clones 115, Abel, 5 and 6, all hand picked and whole bunch pressed with a cool and long fermentation in stainless steel used to preserve the delicate aromatic fruit flavours, followed by a brief time on light lees to build mid palate texture and depth.

Malfy Gin Rosa is distilled by the Vergnano family in Italy. Italian juniper, Sicilian pink grapefruit, rhubarb and five other botanicals are used to create this gin. This is a fresh and juicy gin, excellent for summery drinks.

Te Kano is a Central Otago based winery making stylish, high quality wines. Their Pinot Noir is a supple, fruity wine with raspberry, plum and cherry flavours. Subtle savoury herbal notes bring complexity and elegance. This wine is unfined and unfiltered to preserve its finesse and purity.

Lively new Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough with smoothness and interesting textural mouthfeel from a portion (1%) of barrel fermentation and 8% wild yeast ferment both adding complexity to the vibrant fruity appeal. 

Tropical aromas and creamy notes add complexity to this wine, which drinks beautifully now with fresh fish and can age for three to five years. 

Dry, delicious dark black fruit flavours with a spicy twist in this modern Portuguese red blend of Castelão, Tinta Roriz and Pinot Noir. This is a stunning combo of two local red grapes with one of the world's most popular French red grapes (Pinot Noir). 

Great drinking now and over the next three to four years. Excellent value for money.

Aged for seven years and bottled at 107 proof, this is Bourbon (whiskey) for the stout of heart. Basil Hayden’s Bourbon is one of four bourbons that comprise Jim Beam’s Small Batch Bourbon Collection. The others are Knob Creek, Baker’s Bourbon, and Booker’s Bourbon. Basil Hayden’s falls first in line proof-wise at 80 proof. While the other three bourbons in the Small Batch Collection all share the same mashbill of 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, Basil Hayden’s is created using Jim Beam’s high-rye mashbill that is found in Old Grand-Dad and Old Grand-Dad 114.

Basil Hayden’s is named after the late Master Distiller Basil Hayden Sr. who was known for his use of high rye bourbon mashbills.
