Unit price perThe third and final release in the series of inaugural whiskies from the young Lagg Distillery on the Isle of Arran. As with Batch 1 and 2, Batch 3 is double distilled from 50ppm peated Concerto malted barley. Batch 3 was matured in first-fill bourbon casks for two and a half years, before finishing in custom made rioja red wine Firkin casks for six months. Bottled at 50% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration, layers of red fruit join the earthy peat at the core of this single malt.
Aromas of a distant, damp bonfire, oaky vanilla, a touch of dusty cocoa powder.
Earthy peat is joined by cocoa nibs on the palate, hedgerow berries, and a touch of salted vanilla fudge.

Unit price perTantric Haze Hazy IPA was brewed to be as tantalizing and as rich of an experience possible. We knew we needed overwhelming fruity aromas so decided to ensure this had a massive double whirlpool hopping followed by a triple dryhopping starting on the first day of fermentation and continuing throughout until our yeasts had given all they could.
We wanted a soft and supple bitterness that was enough to balance but gentle and forgiving thus we massaged our water chemistry. We didn't want to overpower the aroma and flavour the hops had to give, thus did not add any hops for the bittering into the boil.
Lastly we needed a yeast that had the power to biotransform the massive hop quantities into a bold rich juiciness. Any element by itself is not standalone worthy but altogether combine into this sensually hazy IPA that we believe will deliver you an experience of love and enjoyment!

A dry, deeply coloured rose made from a blend of Bordeaux varietals and Chambourcin, an old French grape variety. One of our biggest sellers for those who love a lightly chilled, pale red wine too, as this tasty little number is incredibly flavoursome with its dry style, intensely dark fruity flavours and hint of spice on the finish.

Clearview Estate is one of oldest, most well established wineries in Hawke's Bay and is situated on the Te Awanga Coast, south of Napier. It's a great place to visit for tastings at the cellar door as well as lunch in the dappled shade of the established courtyard area. The winery was founded by Tim Turvey, winemaker and co-owner. The current winemaker is the multi talented Matt Kirby.

Unit price perBeautiful dark juicy Portuguese red made from indigenous grapes; Touriga Nacional, Castelao, Camarate and Tinta Muida, which are grown on a combination of clay and limestone soils.
Soft, smooth and with structure, this wine has ripe blueberry flavours, which are nicely balanced by the bold dark fruity flavours of the other three grapes in the blend. All of the grapes in this wine were fermented in temperature controlled tanks up to 30 degrees C and aged for three to four months in oak; a relatively brief time, which allows the rich fruit flavours to shine and be the hero.
Once upon a time in rural Shropshire one member of the village would ritually take on the sins of the recently deceased by drinking ale and eating food over the departed’s body. These ‘sin eaters’ would have been drinking mild ale, so in collaboration with our Shropshire born friends at Small Gods we decided to brew a malty, tawny, mild ale with a decent dose of oats.
