3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. 

The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos. With an abundant forest fruit nose as it warms in the glass, 

3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artifcial juices, syrups, or sugars added.

Almanac - Grand Cru White is an ode to our favorite aromatic white wines. We combined California Muscat Blanc grapes with an imperial version of our Farmer’s Reserve sour blonde base and fresh, locally-grown apricots before aging them for over a year in French oak barrels.

The result is a deeply fragrant hybrid that captures the Northern California terroir and seamlessly melds the complex tartness of a Belgian-inspired sour ale with the sun-ripened boldness of white wine grapes. Serve this very limited release alongside fresh raw oysters, steamed mussels and pair with decadent celebrations.

This is a juicy, medium-bodied Syrah. French oak imparts gentle vanilla and spice characteristics. On the nose, floral and dark fruit notes are balanced with a peppery touch. The palate is smooth and fruity, with balanced tannins and a lingering finish.

Taste the tradition of Kriek beer in its purest form. This deep red classic with a rich flavour is the result of real Kriek Lambic based on 400 grams of fresh cherries per litre bottle conditioned together with young Lambic. Fruity, full of character and purely natural.

Oude Kriek Boon is a truly traditional, spontaneously fermented Lambic beer. We make it by letting 400 grams of fresh cherries ferment with each litre of Lambic beer. We then bottle condition a blend of this Kriek Lambic and young Lambic to create an Oude Kriek. The high amount of cherries creates a very intense, yet mild cherry flavour.

Four years minimum ageing in oak casks give Ch?teau du Breuil Calvados V.S.O.P. softness and balanced amber colour. The fruity elegance of an "Appellation Pays d'Auge Contr?l?e" Calvados.

The poppy is a bright red wild flower, in the subfamily Papaveroideae of the family Papaveraceae. This is a curious, fruity liqueur with a candied characteristic.

A Cardhu with the warmth and spice to conquer the Seven Kingdoms, and the delicacy to rule them: this Speyside single malt is a cornucopia of orchard fruit, freshly-baked crumble, a touch of caramel on the side and a drying finish.

The Blanc is pale yellow in colour, with green highlights. The bouquet is strong and characterful, with aromas of broom flower, citrus fruit, peaches, and apricots. The wine is elegant, delicate and quite vivacious on the palate.

A powerful Chardonnay that is unmistakably rich and creamy with a clear message to 'drink me now', which is Clearview Estate winemakers Tim Turvy and Matt Kirby's aim here. Bells and whistles, big and buttery. This wine derives its flavours from eight months in French oak, which provides barrel ferment characters of malolactic creaminess, balanced by fresh acidity.

Traditionally made using the dried peel of the small Curacao orange, named after the island of Curacao in the Caribbean, Curacao liqueurs can be clear, blue or orange. The colours are purely decorative, but the bitter orange flavours are very similar. The Curacao fruits are sliced and macerated in fine neutral spirit to extract the flavours. Once the blend has been enhanced with sugar and brandy, it is then left to marry for several weeks to develop its full flavour.
