A legacy gin based on the oldest known recipe in the British Library collection. The recipe was translated from old Dutch and permission was given for the Te Puna Foundation to base their library gin on this recipe. A traditional flavour profile, bright juniper, Grains of Paradise and galangal botanicals and subtle citrus, this gin captures both heritage and possibility. It’s classic, yet curious, timeless yet forward-looking: a distillation of New Zealand’s character and craft.

All revenue from this Gin goes to the Te Puna Foundation.

Eureka Low & Slow Lager is a crisp, Munich-style Helles lager from Eureka Brewing Company, known for its smooth, golden Bavarian character with notes of fresh bread, floral hops, and a clean, balanced finish, making it an easy-drinking everyday pint. It's a traditional German-style golden lager, brewed with fine German malts and noble hops, and matured for extended periods for a smooth profile.

Our straw-coloured pilsner is crystal-clear and perfectly hopped, boasting a light taste and a lasting foam head with extra-fine bubbles. This all combines for a moment of pure pilsner enjoyment. For two centuries we’ve brewed our beer using only the best ingredients, and following the renowned German Beer Purity laws. It’s no wonder the distinct barrel-fresh taste of our Bitburger Premium Pils is a firm favourite amongst beer fans, and the most poured beer in Germany!

Cocchi Chinato is a beautifully expressive aromatised wine from Italy’s Piedmont region, built on Barbera grapes and infused with quinine bark and a carefully guarded mix of herbs and spices. It sits somewhere between vermouth and tonic wine, offering depth, freshness and a gently bitter edge that makes it endlessly drinkable.

Complex yet approachable, this is a Chinato that rewards slow sipping. Bright fruit and herbal lift meet subtle bitterness and dry structure, making it just as good served simply over ice as it is as a refined aperitif with a splash of soda.

Mr. Mug Sweet Vermouth is a bold, bittersweet New Zealand vermouth. Crafted on a base of Hawke’s Bay Pinot Gris, it blends locally grown and foraged botanicals with bush honey, delivering vibrant ripe fruit, zesty citrus, and layered aromatic depth. Ideal for classic cocktails like a Negroni, refreshing soda spritzes, or sipped neat.
