Inspired by the thick layers of Buxton's famous limestone quarry, this Black Forest Pancake Stout has stacks of flavour. Rich and malty with satisfying hints of sweet cherry and decadent chocolate.

They say there’s no such thing as a free meal – but as you wind your way through wooded hills towards the tiny village of Cranborne, you might chance upon a charming rogue who says differently. For years, the Cranborne Poacher has roamed these parts, outwitting both authority and prey in pursuit of pilfered plums and a pheasant for his pot. Crystal and chocolate malts provide a full-bodied taste with sweet, complex flavours of damson and liquorice.

Born from the pioneering spirit of Paul Theakston who, in 1992, followed his heart and dared to start a new brewery. Brewed in Masham, North Yorkshire, this beer is the culmination of six generations of family brewing expertise. Crisp, dry and bittersweet.

Shepherd Neame & Co - A historic brew which conjures up images of high seas and faraway places.  An IPA encapsulates centuries of brewing tradition, a quintessentially strong and hoppy beer with a bold, stirring character.  Our Indian Pale Ale delivers this magnificently; pale in colour and generously bittered with locally grown Fuggles hops.

6.1% ABV.

Originally brewed to celebrate the tercentenary of Britain's oldest brewer, 1698 is a characteristically hoppy Kentish ale, and has Protected Geographical Indication, the same unique regional protection afforded to Champagne and Parma Ham.

The ale matures naturally in the bottle and can be enjoyed fresh or allowed to settle for a few months to mellow. The natural effervescence produced by bottle-conditioning – the interaction of yeast and brewing sugars – gives 1698 fine, Champagne-like bubbles that further enhance the fragrance, flavour and overall drinking experience.

A silver medal winner in the Taste of Britain Awards, 1698 has been included in the International Beer Challenge's World's Top 50 Beers and has won a Gold Award from the British Bottlers' Institute.

6.5% ABV.

Try the Wold's Best. Our copper-coloured bitter is brewed with East Anglian malt and emboldened by the late addition of herbal Fuggles, for an authentic hit of English hops. It's full of genuine character, like its namesake-our coastal hometown.

The Battle of Sole Bay was fought off the coast of Southwold in 1672. Brewed to mark its tercentenary in 1972, Broadside’s taste has endured for over 50 years. This ruby red ale delivers a cannon of fruitcake notes and is charged with the richness of conserved fruit.

Timothy Taylor - The drinkers' favourite, and the classic pale ale, with complex citrus and hoppy aroma.  Landlord was launched in 1952 and has won more awards nationally than any other beer including CAMRA draught Supreme Champion Beer of Britain four times.

Taylor's Taste is achieved by using the finest natural ingredients- our unique Knowle Spring water, the highest grade Golden Promise malted barley, whole leaf hops, and our own Taylor's Taste yeast.

THE STORY OF TROOPER Real ale fan and history aficionado Bruce Dickinson, Maiden's vocalist, played a major role in developing the unique flavour of the beer, entailing ongoing visits to Robinson’s brewery in Stockport. "I'm a lifelong fan of traditional English ale; I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when we were asked to create our own beer. I have to say that I was very nervous: Robinsons are the only people I have had to audition for in 30 years. Their magic has been to create the alchemical wedding of flavour and texture that is TROOPER. I love it."

Brewed using a generous blend of finest pale, crystal and roasted barley malts, along with the majestic Fuggle hop, to create a wonderful, full-bodied flavour with subtle banana, cherry and rich fruit overtones.

5.6% ABV.

An infusion of three Kentish hops adorns this beautifully balanced, blood-orange tinted British bitter with an acutely aromatic allure. Hints of marmalade, red grapes and pepper are thrust from a springboard of warm, mellow malts. The floating fruity finish signs off with a smidgen of spice and raspberry.
